The ordering is easy and fairly quick turn around. Only reason it is 4 vs 5 is the mail in rebate is annoying. I would not have ordered if it was full price.
I've used lens.com for several years. I did have issues with them last year, but it was all fixed. I usually wait about a week for my contacts, but my last ones arrived within 2 days. Very quickly and it surprised me.
My lens were very late = I was told the supplier was back ordered on very common Acuvue lenses, and Lens.com would not pay for overnight shipment which meant I can to scramble and buy extra boxes locally because my supply ran out before the shipment from lens.com arrived

Lens.com had these "discontinued" contacts in stock with a manufacture date of 11/25. These are listed as discontinued everywhere but they actually still make them. Very pleased with every aspect of ordering from them! I will definitely be ordering again!
Ordering is easy and the products are quality, however the initial price quoted includes rebate incentive. If you don't qualify by buying a large quantity, the final actual price is much higher when payment is being made.

I ordered lens on Tuesday and paid 2 day air. I was going out of town Monday and they didn't arrive until later in the afternoon and I had to leave by 1:00 pm at the latest so I missed the order and had to drive without my contacts. I was forced to place another order in my new location on Tuesday and pay overnight priority shipping. I am still waiting. Lens.com should provide the FedEx number so it can't be tracked or diverted if necessary. I did notify Lens, com that I still didn't have my shipment on Friday and was told it is because my shipping window included a Friday? Why did I pay 2 day air if it isn't two days. Very disappointing.
I'm a new customer and I received my order in so well condition and this was so quick, I got my delivery 3 days earlier than expected date. I would always order my lenses from you guys because I got the exact same brand and saved $500 while ordering from you rather than from optometry store. Appreciate your service.

Ordering was easy, uploading the script wasn't hard, and the order shipped more quickly than I expected. Pricing was better than my eye doctor, too. This was the first time in 54 years of wearing lenses that I have lost one, and I was in a bit of a panic.
I have a rare lens request and they are able to fulfill it and even beat their own delivery estimations.
I included all requisite material with the order. It was received and acknowledged. But when I didn't receive notification of shipment after about 2 weeks, I inquired. The reply was what appeared to be a canned response that "my prescription was just outside the norm so it wasn't stocked and had to special ordered." That response is not believable, since every time I ordered lenses from a different provider they were delivered promptly, in roughly half the time.
The delivery was a week ahead of when you told me they would even ship, not deliver. I actually order more from a competitor just because they could get them to me sooner, which they did. I would not have had to order form your competition if i had known when yours would arrive.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
