I love how easy it is to renew your prescription online and everything is a good price it arrived pretty fast and comes with a contact lens case with your order LOVE IT
I wasn't able to order online as I had different needs for each eye. I called in and she helped me order the correct ones in no time. They arrived earlier than quoted. So I was very satisfied especially because it was all less expensive than through my eye doctor.
It was a little confusing for me as a first time orderer to choose the right contacts but they helped me get everything figured out.

Paid for two day delivery and it took four days to be delivered after FedEx received it. I requested a two day delivery refund and didn't receive it. Don't pay for the fast delivery because you wont get it.
This was the quickest I have ever received my contacts from anywhere and it was so easy to order! Will order them here every time!
I understand the rebate ideas, but you have to cut the label off your contact lens boxes, there needs to be a better way. Most people use the contact lens boxes to store their contacts in as you use up the six pairs. Cutting the box label off makes the boxes less rugged. I taped mine but still the label should be made to peal off on each box.

Lens were supposedly in stock, but ended up being back ordered / needed to be shipped from supplier, ultimately extending time by 2+ weeks. Ultimately did receive the contacts, but wished there could have been alternative options or transparency to plan ahead.
My prescription was incorrect and I needed to return the lenses. Nowhere does it say RGP lenses are non returnable, yet you would not accept a return.
Major issue is the price quoted on the buying page is not the same price you eventually see in the cart. But their prices are still better than everyone other vendor
While it was easy enough to purchase and the delivery was quick, let's see how the rebate process goes. Last time is required the bar code from each box purchased and almost 8 weeks until the 'rebate', gift card arrived. Would like to see that process have a faster turnaround time. Then there's the fact that I also have to send for my out-of-network refund. See why it would be a lot better to just DISCOUNT the lens in the first place instead of the 'rebate'. Oh well... I think they hope you forget to send for it to be honest here.
I got my contacts quickly despite them having to order them from the supplier then ship them to me. Came earlier than expected and cheap thanks :D
I never have an issue with receiving my order it's just the wait time. Every single order I placed in the past is never in stock and I have to wait additional time so they can be special ordered or something.

All I needed was my prescription and I searched the contacts I needed. Great price and shipping was a breeze. I was concerned about needing prescription verification from my eye doc and I don't know it they did but the saying was true, if they don't get an answer within set time they will proceed and ship your order. Will definitely use this site from now one. Great savings as well!
I've been purchasing from Lens.com for several years. Unfortunately, it was only this last purchase that I noticed how deceptive the pricing is. At checkout, there's a subtotal listed. I had always assumed this was the "before the rebate" amount until I clicked on the "information" icon this time and saw that I was being charged $238.38 for "true taxes and fees" -- nearly as much as the product price, much more than I'll get as a rebate, and especially appalling given I live somewhere without sales tax. It is egregious that this company doesn't list out this information in an easy-to-see way in the first place. I will absolutely never purchase from this company again and will never recommend it to anyone. I will be reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau.

I walked to the mailbox, dodged a kid riding bike on side walk, opened mailbox, pulled out package, closed mailbox, walked to house. Twas 45 degrees with a 10mph wind from the SW.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
