This was my first time using lens.com, and I'm very happy with the result. Their website makes it extremely easy to order. Just upload your prescription, select your lens, and check out.
The shipping vendor had a slight mishap, so the contacts took a couple extra days to get to me, but they ultimately arrived in time. That was no fault of lens.com. The only thing I wish they would do is give you the same price when you don't buy in bulk. But every company gives you discounts when you buy more stuff, so I guess that's life.

My first order was very pleasant and I received a very good deal on a 1-yr supply of Acuvue Oasys lenses. However, 6 months later my second purchase was much more expensive. While the box of lenses was 25% cheaper, the fees/taxes they charged represented 41% of my order total! So the total price was not a deal in the end (Cosco would have been cheaper). Additionally, they offered an $85 rebate, but the process was old and outdated. I had to print off a form, wait for my lenses to arrive so I could clip the "proof of purchase" off the boxes", but all those items in an envelope and send it through the USPS with "tracked" mail. Most rebates are instantaneous now due to the normalization of online shopping; this process reminded me of the late 1990s/early 2000s, not to mention the rebate came on a Visa Pre-paid card so i couldn't just deposit it in my checking account. Bottom line, I won't use Lens.com again unless their fees are significantly reduced, I get a better deal, and the rebate process changes.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
