I had a phone conversation with one of your representatives in regard to the itemized figures on my order.
The representative was helpful in explaining the charges. All this being said, I am very disappointed with the $50 VISA offers you make for placing orders. I placed an order for lens in November 2021 and have not received my VISA card. The representative said everything at Lens is slow because of COVID. On 3/10/22 she said I should receive it the end of this month. Hopefully, she's right.

Purchased contac lenses over three months ago, compelled by a great rebate offer that has not come yet. Company faults covid as reason for delay, but that might be a reason for four weeks, instead of two weeks, but not for three months.
I'm very unhappy how they are handling rebates. It's not very straightforward, i guess they do it complicated to put people off from even applying. You can only submit it 2w after purchasing but no later than 12w after they shipped lenses. Quote from their website: Rebates take 8-10 weeks. Mine is still "processing" after 23 weeks. And all they say - keep waiting. At this stage, I'm not even sure I'll actually receive it at the end… Not going to return to them. I used to buy my contacts from the local Optometrist - and Acuvue was instantly sending rebate cards so I definitely blame lens.com for poor service.
It has been over 5 months and no rebate for the contact lens purchase. Was told 8 weeks, then they said 2 months "due to covid", whatever that has to do with mailing out a rebate. Price ended up being twice as high as I would have paid elsewhere. I only went with lens.com because they supposedly offered $150 rebate.
I HATE your rebate program. Very difficult to use and get reimbursed. Just lower your prices and stop us from going thru all these gyrations!
Checkout and prescription verification was easy. Pricing was upfront, no bait and switch like other companies. Product shipping was quoted between 5-7 days. It arrived in 2.
I don't like rebate hassels, with credit afterwards. If rebates are applied at time of purchase, proof of purchase handled via email, instantaneous-I'm OK.
The contacts were by far the cheapest and delivered within 3 days even with standard shipping.
Lens.com is playing bait and switch with rebages. The order was fine, arrived as needed. The rebate has been delayed beyond the 8 to 10 weeks I agree to when I made the purchase. An agent says it is now 10-14 weeks even though the FAQ on the website still states 8-10 weeks. I don't like when companies play bait and switch with rebates. I would not have made the purchase.

Ordered 10/16/21, submitted rebate form without delay, customer service says the rebate was approved in mid-November, still no rebate check as of 3/31/21. They say the normal rebate takes up to 10 weeks but it is now changed to up to 16 weeks due to COVID-19. Even with that, I have been waiting for 24 weeks as of 3/31/22 and continuing. They are making a mockery of customers. Very unethical and deceiving.
Ordered in September. Its late March now and still no promised $150 rebate. Don't waste your money or time. They are trying to blame covid for the delay, but how does covid prevent an employee sitting at home and sending out e-gift cards?
Purchasing my contacts through Lens.com was pretty easy and quick. Much cheaper option also. Would highly recommend using this to other people and will be ordering again in the future. Thanks alot!

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
