I am beginning to give up on my rebate, as its been more than 16 weeks now since I placed my order and no sign of the promised rebate. It's been stuck on "card mailed by processor" for over a month now... is is that hard to actually send the rebate that is supposedly processed and ready to send? Feels like fraud to me.
This is my fourth time getting contacts with Lens.com. I've always gotten what I needed.

They are expensive and not worth it without the rebate. I got my lenses in October 2021 and it is now half-way through March 2022 and still no rebate. I won't order from Lens.com again.

The first time I ordered from you it was great! This time when I tried to order on my phone, I could not complete the order. I called the 800 number and they said they would just finish up. When they got to the total it was $40 more! I ended up canceling the order and tried going through my phone again. That time I got the same price as before the person tried to finish up my order. I do not know why when she was trying to finish it up it cost $40 more.

I had went to another site because it was a tad cheaper but I regret that. They lied that I didn't submit my prescription correctly. So after dealing with them I went to Lens.com. I have ordered from them years ago. I submitted my order on a Tuesday and had my contacts in the same week. I didn't get a bunch of hoopla from them. On their website they said if they have any issues they will call the doctor. That's great!
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
