Great service, fast, reliable. Rebate process is difficult for busy professionals. If I don't calendar date rebate is available I miss it since you can't print the forms when you order. Basically it's like bait and switch bc you are expecting to get the rebate but you have a window to log in to get the rebate. I don't remember having to login for a rebate in the past so this change is a fail in my opinion.

They lure you in with a rebate to make you think you are saving money. They only give you a PO box to mail the rebate so you can't send certified with a signature to make sure they received it. I mailed my rebate Jan. 18th, 2022. I had to keep checking back as there was a message stating they are 6 weeks behind processing rebates due to covid. I logged in again today to see that they still had not received my rebate and it said the rebate had expired Feb. 25th! I called them immediately and told Casey what happened, She put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. She came back and said there is nothing they can do about it. I am beyond angry with. Them and told her they have lost a customer! I actually took photos of everything I mailed to them because I had a feeling something like this would happen. They don't care apparently... NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY... TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
