We have been patrons of 1800contacts but decided to give Lena.com a try as prices seemed better. First of all they have other charges that take away any potential savings, such as charge to service my area (I live in California, and if you don't already service here there's something wrong with your business), they tried to charge us to make sure there is nothing wrong with our order, and on top of that it takes them weeks to ship! It seems to me that they do not actually stock and products, and so it takes them a long time to fulfill the orders. We never had any problems with 1800contacts.
