I had to call several times to get the RMA number to return my contacts. The prescription was wrong and had to be corrected. I sent everything back that was enclosed in the box. When they sent my correct order of contacts lens they didn't enclose a new contact lens case.
Still waiting for rebate after 4 months! Don't believe it. Sent a chat today and no assistance provided

I bought a year supply of lense from this company. Half way through (going into my second box) the lenses started tearing around the edges after less than a week of wear. I figured they would stand behind them, but they are sticking to their 30 day guarantee. That's a little lame seeing as you are buying a year supply. How are you going to know what the lenses in the second box is going to be until 6 months in? Cooper Vision says they stand behind their lenses for one year, but that they could not verify where lens.com is buying their lenses. Grey market? Knock offs? Not sure why they would not be able to verify something like that.
Well, a little over a month and a lot of emails later... lens.com stepped up and sent me a Visa cash card to compensate for the defective lenses they sent me. I upped the "service" stars from 1 to 3. It was quite a hassle, but they ended up doing the right thing.

If your like me, you hate spending money on unnecessary things. For example, you call your normal vision provider to order more contacts and they tell you your prescription expired. Unfortunately for me they tried to make me pay 150$ out of pocket just for a new exam to renew my prescription. I said "there has to be a better way" well thanks to lens.com I received my contacts and only ended up paying $129 for the exam and the contacts. If you don't have a change in vision just go here because those other providers prices are tone deaf.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
