As soon as I placed my order with lens.com I received my contact lenses in two days. They are reliable and fast. In addition, there was a $20 mail in rebate to go with the purchase. Still waiting to receive my rebate as I just mailed it in this week.

They add processing fees that are out of proportion to the price. The rebate is a scam too... My order was placed 4 1/2 months ago and I still haven't received it yet. They blame it on Covid and supply chain issues... yeah, right...
When I received my contacts the box was crushed on one side, but the contacts weren't damaged. You might want to talk to the delivery service you use.

I ordered lenses in 11/3/21 with an understanding that the company will reimburse for the inflated prices via rebate. It's 5 months later and I don't have my rebate. Multiple contacts with the company result in "you need to wait". Filed BBB complain and just got an email that the company has not responded to them either. Absolute scam of a company.
Only odd thing is even though I upload my RX (multiple ways) & it said approved when I went to purchase it wouldn't let me complete the transaction without calling in in regards to the RX. The rep that helped me was very kind but was also miffed as to why it wouldn't let me complete my purchase online. Other than that it was good, love the pricing.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
