I ordered a 2 year supply of contacts on Oct. 30 2021, it's now April 5th 2022 and no rebate. I was supose to get a 100 dollar rebate. I've been in contact with them numerous times and they say there is nothing they can do, I'll just have to keep waiting. They say visa is behind because of covid. It's funny that Visa received, processed and loaded the funds on a card but they can't find anyone to hit the send button in five months.
Although lens.com was very quick to process my payment the rebate has yet to be seen ordered on 12/20/21 it's now 4/4/22 and still processing my rebate blame everything on Covid but my billing was processed in a timely manner what a joke

If you factor in the rebates, then prices are in line with most other sites. I've been waiting 5 Months for the rebates to arrive, still "in process" How long does it take to print a plastic card? I'm not sure it this is a scam? I'll update this review if anything changes. Thank you, Phil

Easy to order lenses and change scripts. Only issue is how long it takes to get the rebate. My last order was 11/2021 and still waiting for rebate 3/2022.
Everything was fine, not great but usually isn't with any online site. Search function worked great. Only real problem I had, that might keep me from coming back, unless badly needing them, like this time, is the fact you couldn't use insurance period... If I was going to order multiple boxes, I'd like to use my insurance benefits that I pay for.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
