Barely even a real company. This is a scam operation running off the name of a.com era agent. They sell flights which don't exist, and then refuse to refund. Everything about their set-up is intended to shirk responsibility, from their lack of customer-service, to the fact they use a Swizz registered office to make sales.
Avoid like the plague.

When I booked the return tickets to Paris they took way more then Total amont writen in our deal. Then they did not notify us that our flight home was cancelled, and we had sososo much trouble because of that. Then they did not want to admit it was their mistake and I negotiated for a month literally to give us back our money. I somehow succeded but part od it was a voucher (which I accidentaly clicked) and it was supposed to be 80 euros. They told us we will get 50. And we got a voucher on 10 euros.
I HATE THIS COMPANY.
They are professionals in making you an idiot.

I cancelled a flight that I am sure I checked "refundable". After cancellation they told me it was not "refundable". I am sure that I chose the refundable one. I saw several reports like mine about this company. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTABLE AT ALL!

My flight to Serbia has been cancelled and not refunded, and my hotel reservation has not been cancelled insiptie of flight cancellation and they have not even inform me about this cancellation but not accepted to cancel the hotel reservation,they do not help or provide a solution...

The worst travel package booking app ever. They sold me a travel package to Porto Seguro - Bahia - Brazil where the flight and accommodation were included. After landing at Ilhéus airport I discovered that the hotel was 400km away from the airport (5 hours by car or 6 hours by bus). When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund for the hotel, as I was at Ilhéus airport without knowing what to do, they informed me that they couldn't do anything because I should have checked the distance between the airport and the hotel beforehand. What I can't understand is how they sell a travel package where I would have to travel 6 hours on a bus to get to the hotel. They also said that they always try to offer airports closer to hotels in tourist packages, but this is a big lie because Porto Seguro has an airport. I had to pay for another hotel in Ilhéus and lost what I paid for the hotel in Porto Seguro. I tried to do another simulation in the package app for Porto Seguro and the app only shows hotels in Porto Seguro, but with flights landing in Iheus as an option and does not show hotels in Ilhéus. Because of this, I definitely do not recommend this app. On the contrary, I recommend that you avoid buying travel packages through it so that you don't have a huge loss in the end.
The company block your money and doesn't issue the tickets tickets till 72 hours. Very unprofessional
Worst company! They lie that cancellation is free of charge. We had booked a flight with the hotel and had to cancel due to personal reasons. The whole thing was supposed to cost €2,100, and they asked us to pay €1,330 for cancellation, because apparently Ryanair charged such a fee. How much did the hotel cost for a week's stay for 4 people with full board, €800?! Fraudsters

Avoid like the plaque,impossible to speak to a human being after initial booking,you are directed to a chat bot which is incapable of dealing with your query I wanted to change holiday dates,bot didn't understand,I was directed to forward information,to which I was then met with a frozen screen and a computer code indicating something had gone wrong,decided just to stick with original journey morning of departure our flight cancelled,again impossible to contact,even though the responsibility was on the holiday company,(this lot) KLM did assist us, tried to contact them in Vienna,all my trip info had disappeared,our flight was delayed coming back and missed connection,again last minute totally inreachable I paid for insurance which is worthless if you can't contact a human being,save yourself some heartache and avoid avoid avoids,no wonder they are voted the worst travel company in the uk
Charged £1100 in cancelation fees after death of Father, don't use this company at any cost they are nothing more than scammers.
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Once you booked you are done. No chance for flight change or cancelation. You will receive one email stating they're working on your return and that's it. Money is gone. I'm trying to go through the line the ticket has been bought from but it is pain of $#*! now and not that easy. Keep away from them!

I booked a hotel for next year with Lastminute.com.
According to the terms and conditions, I paid £109 deposit.
Again according to the terms of the hotel, I got a full refund if I did not cancel one month before the actual booking, that was May 2024.
I cancelled yesterday. I was entitled to a full refund. Lastminute sent me an email that was rather unclear; it gave me an option of selecting a voucher of £10 amongst other offers.
There was no option for me to select a refund of my money. A few minutes later after selecting the gift (which I did not want in the first place, it was forced on me; no selection to object), I received an email with a Travel Credit of £119. That is £10 voucher, £109 of my money.
In their terms and conditions I get a full refund of money. There is no condition to be repaid using Travel Credit. I immediately responded to the email. The response was it was no one where they monitor the emails. I went their online chat. The chat gave me a number. I called the number. The Lastminute agent informed me there was nothing they could do.
Fully aware I had been scammed, I called the Credit Card Fraud Team of my bank. I await their response.
I travel a lot. Lastminute.com has lot a potential valuable customer through greed. And my friends and family will be warned from using this company.
They're an absolute scam and I would not go on a holiday through these even if it was free. No customer service. Once they have your money they no longer care about you.
We bought tickets for December from Finland to Spain. They called us a few days later to say that we needed to pay an extra 60 euros. They did it over the phone. I asked them to send it to me in writing and to tell me the name of the person speaking. Nothing, they told me they couldn't do either. They called again on the phone and said they would cancel the reservation if we didn't pay the price difference, which was 60 euros. They refused to send it in writing or to disclose the name of the person speaking. A few minutes later, the flight was canceled. It's very suspicious, to be honest. This will be the last time I'm tempted to buy anything from them.
The worst experience I've ever had! Avoid it at all costs, even if you have to pay twice the price for your tickets. They canceled my booking two months after my reservation, claiming that the airline had no alternative flights, despite the airline confirming the opposite. All they tell you is that the system won't allow them to do anything. I ended up having to pay three times the price for my ticket. And now, after three months of sending numerous emails requesting a refund, they are offering me options to credit my account instead of providing a refund.
We were supposed to fly with BA on Friday 22/9/23,24hours before our flight we were told the flight was cancelled. We were told our new flight was on Saturday 23/9/23. We were told to book hotel reservations, there was none,as Rome was having a bike show at the weekend. We couldn't get in touch with last minute. Com, so we felt abandoned in a foreign city.
We have to go back to hotel and try and get home as we had a 17year old son at home.
My wife and the hotel receptionist had to phone BA emergency number, to be told the flight hadn't been cancelled, we were not booked onto the flight.

When we contacted last minute. Com. We were lied too and said flight was cancelled, we also went on BA website and it said flight went ahead.
We booked the trip in May so wasn't even a last minute booking.
When customers care phone us they were blaming us for changing our flight, after they said they had booked them.
We lost a full day off our holiday, and they offered us to reimburse our breakfast.
No point making a complaint as the customer care is useless, just like the company.
I booked 2 round trip tickets to USA, when we came to check in on our way back the border pass custome said that we need to change the flight, we tried to reach them out but nobody picked up and they answered me 2 days after via email, and they refused to assist, I had to buy onther 2 tickets for me and my wife, extra 1600$ plus hotel plus transportation, and last minute they didn't care about us, they took the money and that's it, but it's not gonna end like this, so please be awar from them and don't book anything through this scammer
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
