My daughter ticket was cancelled by them without any notice i was stuck at last moment and there pathetic customer service no phone support the chat is outsourced to india who know absolutely nothing never never buy from them

1st hotel cancelled dut to a legionella outbreak. Not lastminute.com fault but the real problems started here. They offered us a sub par alternative. We refused and provided and alternative we thought was acceptable based on star rating. They accepted. Then 7 days before travel they cancelled and would only offer a refund. We then had to book on a different site at much expense to still go on holiday. They have poor customer service, no phone line, only chat where the staff don't understand what's going on. They tried saying the hotel didn't have any availability bit we checked, they did. It was because they didn't want to cover the additional cost. They left it so long to resolve. So stressful. Just avoid and go with Tui or Travel Republic. Lastminute.com are shockingly bad at all aspects of their ecommerce.

Most horrible service

The online luggage change does not work. The so called assistance took 35 minutes, and told me that they will process it in 3 days in 2023, when they are online and takes 3 minutes. Ridiculous! Do not ever book a flight via lastminute.com it is so last minute that in case you need to book sg last minute it will take them 3 days to add some luggage, that you can do yourself in 3 minutes on the airline's website.

I used their services to book a flight to Cancun. Before traveling I found out that my family name and first name were interchanged. I contacted them to ask them to correct the mistake and I only get generic emails which are basically useless. Finally I managed to get a personal email and they asked for a copy of my passport which I sent. I again got a generic email saying they will look into the matter. Nothing was done! I ended up traveling with the incorrect info both ways. Service is non existent!

Our flight got cancelled - we were not notified! Replacement flight cancelled as well - again, no communication what so ever!
Tried contacting on web chat as no phone number to use - absolutely useless!

I purchased flying tickets with this company. They said you need to do an online check in. When i took the flight I actually paid more then my actual return ticket because airline had a certain time space for online booking (24-2hours before the flight). And same thing happened on my return flight because even Ryanair themselves didn't make it clear the reason why they charged me (they just said lastminute.com hasn't updated the terms and conditions so you are not the first passenger to face this). My tickets costed 106£ for me, my husband and our baby, but we ended up paying extra 220£ to Ryanair (2*110£).
I tried to speak with airline and they said you need to contact lastminute.com because they should provide that information for you.
Later i tried to contact lastminute.com and asked them to review this case and they only said we have sent you 1 confirmation email for your booking and asked to do online check in. I asked them why they never stated the time limit for that online checkin and they said if you didn't pay extra so that we could do it for you we cant help what is the time limit for airline. Basically they didnt care. So my review here is to help other people who might consider booking with them. Look at the poor reviews they have online. They customer service is the poorest I've experienced, they simply don't care what cause to you. First they misinform you and after they say it is your problem whatever you face because of us. Im extremely dissatisfied and will never again deal with them.

Most disgusting company ever. Airline cancelled and immediately refunded my flight on the day of booking which I reached out to and confirmed. I followed the funds and even confirmed that Bravofly had already received it from their processor, Travelfusion. They want to charge a $35/person cancellation fee for a credit card refund when they themselves didn't do any work to chase or hunt down my refund. Been emailing their customer care, escalation line, and executives for a week with 0 response. 0 customer service and chat agent / phone agents are untrained and just repeat the same bs like a broken record - I feel so bad for them. This company needs to be shut down for the scammy hidden fees! Look at articles regarding how they failed to refund U.K. Customers on time during Covid and their top executives got arrested and jailed for abusing covid funds - no wonder it's the worst travel agency in the world! Do not book with this company!

Their premium services and insurance is a money grab. Their fine print literally negates whatever service you paid for. For example, they'll sell you a flight insurance for cancellation and changes without fees. But then you discover that they mean their own fees (wait... what?!.) oh yeah. They are going to waive their hypothetical fees that they'll otherwise charge you for assisting in changing the ticket. They will not refund a flight you insured and canceled. If you ask to change a flight, they'll claim you have to pay them almost the price of a new ticket because that's what the airline charges but they are not going to charge you their own fees LOL A SCAM
Also beware, their phone lines are premium charge lines, meaning attempting to contact them by phone will cost you lots of money and they profit out of it. I think it's like $4 a minute.

BOKA INTE MED LASTMINUTE!
Det är 1,5 månad kvar tills resan skulle göras och jag ville avboka resan och de skickade ett mail att jag ska betala in en avbokningsavgift på runt 8000:- och att de pengarna som jag har betalt för resan kommer jag inte att få tillbaka! Jag har alltså betalt *******:- för en resa som inte kommer att göras!?
Jag ringde dom och de hade tydligen ett antal flera olika nummer och tillslut fick jag tag på dom som sa först att de inte har fått in de pengarna som jag har betalt o sen la de på luren.
Jag ringde upp igen och de sa att avbokningsavgiften är mer än vad jag har betalat in? O då sa jag att enligt deras villkor är avboknignen kostnadsfri och jag har dessutom betalt för extra skydd och avbokningsskydd! De sa att det inte gäller?
Har 3 papper från dom där det står klart och tydligt att avbokning innan 48 timmar kan göras och att man får tillbaka sina pengar!
Men de vill inte ge mig mina pengar och kräver mer pengar för avbokningen!

Jag sa att jag vill inte avboka resan och de kan avbryta förfrågningen, då sa de att de redan har avbokat och att det inte är möjligt så då får jag boka in en ny resa OCH betala avbokningsavgiften!?
Enligt EU regler med resor så får de inte avboka förrän de har kontaktat mig med konsekvenser osv och jag har godkänt dom! Så var det inte nu! Detta tar jag vidare!

Avoid LastMinute.com

I have searched with booking.com they forwarded me to lastminute.com and it was a real bad experience. I have spent lots of time to correct changes but it was a nightmare. They are not clear and not fair. Take another company - at the end it is more expensive and it is really frustrating.

Scammers

This is the same scam as Bravofly, it is the same company. They canceled my flight then they don't want to pay my money back because in terms & conditions say that they can keep it. They offered a partial refund with a €35 handling fee for each ticket.
So yeah. They really think that it is okay to screw up your flight and then have a "handling fee" for not doing anything.
Don't use this company. They are scammers.
Also, let your bank know about this and they may able to work this case out for you.

Worst lastminute.com and vueling!

How can I have no terminal information and between them and vueling say its for me to go airport and see. How? North or south? Why do I need to call to ask for terminal details it should be there. I planned care for my kids too for 1st time in a long time. Devastated! So no flying for me even though I was still there at 6am and flight was 6.50 but left 7am.
I cant even get a refund so I can book again

Avoid at all cost!

Booked a flight with them. The flight got canceled. KLM is to blame...but nevertheless. I paid $2300 and was entitled of a refund of $2154 according to LASTMINUTE.
Finally I received $2054 in my bank account.))))
$250 loss...
I am thinking, it's a good business to scam people like that. Anybody can do it. 10.000 people X 250 = easy money.
They are all scammers. Don't you ever buy a ticket with a third party website. NEVER.
Buy directly with the airline and ask about the refund policy as they also might try to screw you.

They do not clearly mention flight details and and do not have contact number they direct you to chat and waste your time money with out any solution please do not buy from these people pay little extra but buy from well known agency they at least have contact number. Scam agency loot you.
