Do Not order from here, this company isn't in the US, They just want to take you money! They take a international fee out before they take out the money!
I I haven't heard back from them yet, but this is a hot mess. Don't you ever order from here. What I got was 75% different from what I received. I contacted PayPal and I also emailed them so I'm waiting to see the result of this. I don't even trust them for an exchange, I just want my money back and I will consider this a lesson learned. It seems like they have one company with different websites and names but it's still the same people. I'm just going to order her a new dress from Ohio. They allowed photos on other dresses, but would not allow real life photos of the dress that I selected.

Absolutely terrible@! The dress came to me damaged. They agreed it was damaged and refused to give me my full refund. Do not buy from this company, very bad customer service.

I ordered a prom dress for my niece and once I made the order they emailed me asking me to confirm the color and size AGAIN after all that information was on the dress. They are going to email me 3 weeks later and say PLEASE CONFIRM ASAP so I email back saying confirm what everything was already been completed they wanted me to send them a copy of my bank card so the bank could confirm the purchase I SAID $#*! NO

I purchased a dress for 170.00. Received dress fast. Open and dress and it was nothing as pictures with missing sequins and a tear in the seam. Contacted Ladyprom and I was asked to have the dress fixed locally. I explained to them I was not having the dress fixed and I wanted a refund. They plainly did not want to refund. Would not give me a rerun address. They offer me $40 and for me to keep the dress to donate. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I opened a complaint with them and PayPal a month later returned my money - shipping which was 27.00. I realized fast that this business was a scam. They will not refund your money for any reason on any purchase and the dresses are very cheap made.

Response time to email was great, very polite. We got the dress fast, but Wow! It is comical. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The slit was straight up the center, seams down the center. We actually took the dress to the local prom shop to display "Be Cautious when buying online"

I thought I was ordering this beautiful prom dress for my daughter, so I thought. Only to receive in the mail this hideous dress that looked nothing like the online picture of the dress we thought we were getting. My daughter opened the package and my face dropped and looking at the devastation in my daughter's face.
I had ordered the dress through PayPal, so I made a case requesting a full refund only for lady prom dress to tell me. Get this. I had to return the dress and it had to be returned to Asia and this would cost me well over $80 dollars to return the dress in order for me to get the full refund of $186.79 that I had paid for the dress. I got with PayPal and they said the only thing they could do was pay 30.00 towards the return cost because I should have been aware of the terms of purchasing and that's all they could do to help. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY NOTHING! What the heck? Are you serious, you want me to pay over 80.00 to ship a ugly dress back to Asia that you sent me as a sorry knock off replica!

First off I want to say that ladyprom's shop is so professional and quick to reply. I had a short time before the event and ladypromdress's shop was so nice and able to accommodate, even with alters as with the heels I was 5'4". This dress is AMAZING! The whole night the dress got so many complements. It's amazing dress.
This was a Prom dress for my daughter. Ladyprom exceeded our expectations. Not only did they customize it as a courtesy because my daughter is so tall (6 feet). You could see that they took their time just to give it the personal touch. My daughter said that she got so many compliments, she couldn't stop saying, thank you,. We were also afraid that the dress would not make it on time because of the shipping expected date, however, the dress arrived 9 days earlier than expected, Thank you very much
You deserve a zero but i can not give you that, so i will give you a 1. False advertisement the dress we got did not look like the picture.And they are not allowing me to return it and they use cheap matreal.
I was SOOO nervous when I ordered this dress. I never buy clothes online, mainly because I don't get the option to try it on so how will I know I'll like it? Well, I needed a dress ASAP for the opening night of a broadway show (on broadway) with my fiance. It was a very special occasion so we wanted to dress up. I looked everywhere for a dress but couldn't find one. I went all over my town, and neighboring towns, and finally resorted to looking on ladypromdress because I was running out of time. To my surprise - it fit absolutely PERFECT. Granted, was a little long but then again, everything is long on me. I was absolutely shocked at how much I loved this dress. The material is nice, doesn't feel cheap or like you bought it online.
Beautiful beautiful dress! The dress won't be of designer quality, and I wouldn't expect that for the price. But, girl does it do the job! Definitely take a look at the size chart and use that as a reference. It was pretty true to the size chart.

I custom ordered my wedding dress from here. I paid extra to have the neck line brought up and extra to ship quicker. Well I got a dress obviously not to any of my measurements with A very low neck line and very very long. When I messaged and sent a picture they basically mocked me and refused a refund and then stopped messaging me. It says they are from the UK but are from from China.
I've been emailing them all of a sudden they stopped emailing me back once I told them my dress made it to me 2 days after my wedding and I had to cancel it I told them I want my money back and no answer and out to ruin this company for being neglectful and not trying to fix the situation im seeking legal actions
I ordered a dress from here and the quality was tragic. The lining wasn't sewn to the dress, it had roughly cut jagged edges with exposed netting and one of my sleeves was longer than the other. I reached out and they told me that they wouldn't give me a refund for the dress because it was made custom to my measurements. The measurements were spot on but my issues were with the quality or lack there of in the work and the unfinished product that they tried to pass off. They took my money and sent me a half finished product that I now have to spend more money and time to have someone else finish. This was the worst customer service and buying experience that I've ever had and would advise Anyone who will listen to just find another spot to get your dress. This isn't worth it.
First off there from Hong Kong. They do not send you the rite size no return label with dress and they run small i ordered a size 12 couldn't get it over my shoulders so they run small or sent me smaller and will not give me a return label or refund they offered me 30 I paid 170 for my dress and stuck with it so... do not buy from here they don't care their a different country so nothing we can do...
My wedding dress was BEAUTIFUL. It arrived on time. Very well made. The lace is stunning. They communicated throughout the whole process. I was nervous up until I got the dress. Then I cried when I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I wear a 24/26 and they asked me questions about my measurements. They shipped it on time to Florida. The price was well worth it. I would have paid far more at a bridal store. Plus it would have taken longer. I felt like a princess on my wedding day (July 3,2021) on the Island of Palm Beach. I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering the dress. But because I placed the order through paypal I thought my transaction should be protected. I ordered my daughter prom dress from their site. We ended up rushing and buying a dress from somewhere else as the dress received was different from the dress posted on the site. The design and the color weren't what we asked for. The quality was very very bad. I paid $196.19 for the dress and $44 for international return. Even though it was their fault they only refunded me $164.19 from $240.19 I paid. I had to pay for both shipping fees. They even tried to play games that they didn't receive the dress and they didn't provided me with a return address even though all correspondence was through emails and paypal. I placed the order on 4/13/2021 and I got refunded on 6/15/2021. I hope paypal will look into it and stop working with them. They need to be honest and post their actual products on their site and pay for return product or reveal their policy and the cost of international returns. I don't want anyone else to get disappointed and deal with them. I am disappointed with ladypromdress and paypal. Paypal need to have an option for no return label if they are accepting clients like that as they don't for now. Customers shouldn't pay for return product if they didn't receive what they asked for.
