They walked me they how to measure my daughter so that her dress fits perfect and it did. Couldn't thank you enough

To begin with, we ordered a dress for my daughter. She is 5'10 and 120 pounds. She can wear just about anything and it fits. Also, I am a tailor. So I understand how to measure bodies.

We submitted custom body measurements and ordered a chiffon sheath. It should have been gorgeous.

What we received was a SATIN sheath that was too small. And when I say too small, I mean skin tight splitting at the seams too small.

I emailed the company repeatedly to ask questions prior to delivery of the dress. Asked for clarification on how they take measurements. Read their profiles online. They ask for BODY MEASUREMENTS. We submitted body measurements. For those out there who know how to sew. If you sew a garment to the exact size or smaller than your body you will never get it zipped. Nor will
You be able to breath! The dress was SMALLER than the submitted measurements. But that wasn't the real problem.

We ordered chiffon - they sent satin! When I questioned them they said the dress didn't come in chiffon. ‍

Their description is chiffon. The fabric choices are chiffon. My confirmation says chiffon. My dress is Satin that was delivered.

They refuse to accept a return. Insane. It was $200. They said since the dress doesn't come in chiffon, I have to keep it in satin because they sent the correct color! Are you kidding me? That's crazy.

Go somewhere else. This place is crap.

My dress fit nicely. It was really pretty! The color was nice. The dress looked really good. I highly recommend this website for anyone looking to buy a prom dress! Got here in less than 2 weeks!

This site is stealing design and showing the dress like they can make it and once you receive it looks nothing like what you ask for. This site is false and refuses to give you a refund. Messed my daughters prom up. We end up spending a lot of money in less than 3 days for prom. So much money down the drain and during a pandemic. This is so sad. They are ripping people off big time. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM LADY PROM DRESS***** IT IS A SCAM***** I purchased a prom dress for my daughter and it came made inside out. The shiny side of the satin was made on the inside of the dress. I emailed them several times seeking a refund for the defective dress and they would not give me the forms to process the refund. They are a scam and their products are defective. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered my daughter's wedding dress from Ladypromdress. It is gorgeous! My daughter and I love it!

This company is horrible and I am trying to get paypal to stop working with them. I ordered a silver dress on March 27,2021 then noticed when I closed the order the description said white Satin so I immediately contacted them. They then said no problem they will fix. We'll guess what? I receive a white dress then was told there was nothing they could do. I sent the proof of the emails and all of that was ignored. Lady Prom Dress needs to be blocked from selling in the USA. The dress I purchased was 167.99 it cost 80.00 to Express ship from the USA. I told them they should pay being that it was their fault. Now I am going to work daily to make sure no one shops at this store. Their customer service socks. It's the worst I have ever experienced.
