The quility of the dress is fantastic. Mine was customized and it was perfect! Very fast delivery and very helpful customer service. I would definitely recommend them, and for sure every time I will need a formal dress I'll buy it at LADYPROM.

After looking at many dresses in the shops and feeling my hopes and dreams slowly fading away it was suggested that i look online.
I was very apprehensive and wondered if these sites were scams...but i could not have been more wrong.
My mum came and sat with me while i scoured Ladypromdress I found one that ticked all the boxes, so mum got out the measuring tape and i clicked the order button!
I was very surprised that my dress arrived so quickly. I have to admit my stomach did do somersaults when the delivery driver knocked on the door and handed me a box the size of a shoe box!...but i crept up to my room and i couldn't have been happier.It is just perfect...the size, colour, quality, everything!

I gave them my measurements and the dress did not fit properly. It was as if they gave me the prop dress off of the sales floor.

Dear all, I just wanted to say thank you very much for helping me having a perfect wedding day by making my lovely wedding dress. I was unsure when I first ordered the dress online, worrying that the quality might not be very good, I might not receive it on time, it might not fit... I did not need to worry at all, I received my dress within 4 weeks or ordering it, It fitted perfectly and the quality of the dress was amazing. It looked amazing and on our special day I got so many compliments! And all that for a ridiculous low price! Sent me broken zipper dress piece of crap states they have a video of working zip/then after tons emails if damage your can pay to return then it's useless to them and throw out and most they will give is 60 percent and that's after trying to get away with giving nothing! Terrible customer service. Terrible quality made in China/looks like from a dollar store! Broken told me to go fix it! And paid express shipping you get in time for regular/ go anywhere else! Fighting this right now-credit card company hopefully gets my money back

The dress was amazing. They were very good with communicating from beginning to end. Dress was perfect.No extra altercations were needed. Dress came a month before the prom. I will refer everyone here and will not shop any other formals places EVER AGAIN. This made Prom 2022 everything... I was very skeptical because there were not a lot pictures of anyone wearing this dress, only a sketch and 1 person and one color white. My daughter chose royal blue and it was just right.

My daughter ordered her dress 3 weeks before her prom( was told it would be here in 3-5days) She still has not received it. We had to buy another dress last minute. This site is a scam. Do not buy from them!

This company sent us a dress that was a poor replica of the one pictured on their site! The color was off, the applique completely different, the sleeve too short, the bra padding was lopsided and visible under the applique, and the tulle had a hole in it. Now they are refusing to let me ship it back for a full refund even though their policy says for defects they will give full refund. I spent $175 on this crappy dress plus shipping and am now just so disgusted and regret I didnt check their reviews first! Please do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere!

I purchased a dress for my daughters prom what I received a very bad cheap replica of the dress. The measurements were off and they refuse to refund. Offering 40.00 to keep the dress. Wish I would have came here before I purchased it

The stitching was poorly done. The lace was not fully stitched on. It is not silver but white. Beading is poorly done. I sent accurate measurements and yet the dress came with extra fabric in all the wrong places. The bottom of the dress was Hemmed with a 4inch elastic band that causes the dress to flip up at the bottom. Breast area had no padding so you could see her Nipples. With all that being said when ordering keep in mind it won't look like the picture exactly however it didn't look extremely horrible on my daughter. With a few alterations and adjustments we made the dress look good. However, what needed to be corrected cost me an additional $120. Upside email communication was very good. My daughter decided to go with blue instead of red after I placed the order and the change was made smoothly. All my questions were answered through email within 24hrs. I ordered the dress on March 18th and it came today April 15th with the expedited shipping option from overseas.
Oh baby where do I start it took forever for the dress to get here and when I opened it up I seen that BullSh**t I was so pissed and couldn't believe my eyes. Please don't order nothing from this place it's a waste of time and money …

I ordered a mermaid prom dress from them and it was horrible. I ask to return and at least half the refund. They refused and told me to go to a local tailor to fix it after paying them $200. Do not buy from them! Save your money shop locally. They are not in the states!

Their cancellation request sucks. They are getting people on for their money. When contacting customer service, they act like they don't understand you. This company needs to be banned from selling anything. Their website says it takes up to 22 days to receive product, but then they can't tell me when it's going to be here. I am going to continue arguing my point with them, then I am going to my bank to report them. Fair warning, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. I will get my money back one way or another from these crooks. Now my daughter won't have her prom dress on time because of this no good company. I am out money on top of having to find another dress before prom.
