Bought a Google Pixil 9 phone and have been unable to set it up for service from my cell phone provider. The screen only shows word (Welcome) I took it to two different cell phone repair shops and both said it was defective. Contacted customer service twice, no response.

My experience with DH Gates were horrible, I ordered two purses back in Aug and received November 3,2021 so the timing they say is not always right, I really gave up bc the seller kept saying be patient every two weeks but it took all most three months to get my package, and I know every seller is different but this one was slow and very rude on top of everything else. Never again will I order from them! Customer service really I don't think so they get your money and then take their time on when you get your item! If i can give a Zero I would!

Personally for me it is the best online page to make your purchases because of the fast shipping but mainly for the excellent customer service in case you have problems and submit complaints. The way they help the client to solve queries and the attention via chat is phenomenal. I usually buy on another page only when I can not find the item I need in DHgate since it can not be compared since the efficiency of DHgate supersizes the other in light years. Thank you very much DHgate
