So tired of the Hallmark cards with a discount gift code enclosed that make it next to impossible to use! Your bait and switch tactics, along with shipping charges that are exorbitant, turtle slow processing, and common out of stock items, coupled with customer service reps that can't read, and well, now they've lost a 15 year loyal customer. Do they care? Probably could care less! Vote with your shoes folks and walk away…..

I have been in the market for a certain type of jacket, and being taller makes the search that much harder. I was eventually won over when they offered me a 40% off coupon. When it came it looked nothing like the photo, was fitted awkwardly, and I decided to return it. Their return policy is an absolute freaking joke. You either get the entire refund back with a gift certificate or in my case, $28 back on a $51 purchase due to a tax and shipping charge. As if their prices aren't asinine enough, they scam you the entire way from $16 shipping to the return costs.
Made a mistake on a shoe order couldn't find my email with order number so I looked up the CS phone number and within a couple minutes I had the code I needed to return item. No wait, no hassle!
That should tell you that you are in for a BAD experience.

Do not trust king size magazine for men because they offer if you spend $199 you get $100 off I put my code in the whole 9 yards and I thought I followed everything both but they have a third-party if you are and I was not aware that I did look and they did not do anything except for offered to take back to merchandise and I can read merchandise repurchase app and I'm like a very open the package that makes no sense so please send $212 and change and never got $100 off because I bought Hanes socks. And they're saying that that's a third-party and I was not entitled to get the hundred dollars off because it was a third-party. As far as I'm concerned you are for your customer service and as far as I'm concerned I'm not ever shopping with you again you should've at least made a phone call and said hey listen this is a part of the third party thing you're not entitled to the coupon there is no contact at law saying that I was not allowed to use the coupon. Make sure you read every little word. Otherwise you could be like me $#*!ed over and they don't care, so I will never shop at any of these companies again.
Don't buy anything with this crap company. What a pain it is to deal with them. Learned my lesson here and hope you do based on all the negative reviews.
Ordered 2 Hawaiian shirts for a Carnival themed wedding internationally. Shrunk by over 2 1/2" and wasn't worn more than 2-3x each. Dried on gentle. Cust SVC agent was useless and Supervisor was reading a script. I had to order early to ensure we had the correct size etc for the Wedding. No help at all. I'm out almost $70 all I wanted was to replace the damaged items. Big FAT ZERO.
I have ordered about once a year from King Size. The day after my last order, I went to their website and under my account history I noticed that I had been charged $16.95 a month for the entire year. Customer service (Danny B.) told he couldn't do anything, that I had to call another customer service RED FLAG! Since I didn't notice the charges, It looks like I am stuck since I already paid my CC bills off. I know I should be more careful, but I have shopped at KS for more than 20 years and never had this problem.
I went online and saw many bad reviews with the same issue. No one signed up for this. Hundreds of complaints similar to mine.
If they don't ship my order out tomorrow at the latest, I am going to cancel it, I'm never shopping there again.

I placed several orders on Sunday, July 2,2023. With different merchants via online ordering. It is July 6,2023 and I have already received my merchandise from the other retailers Dockers, DXL, IKEA and New Balance. It's now 4 days after the transaction and Kingsize hasn't even picked the order. I know that a lot of places are still short staffed but if all the other retailers, both big and small, can deliver merchandise timely than KingSize should be able to pick the order and give an estimated ship date for now. I called customer service and they gave all kinds of excuses such as the holiday talking about Monday and Tuesday being a holiday. I reminded them that the third of July is not a holiday. I told them about the other merchants where I had already received the merchandise. I told them they were slow and that's why I haven't ordered in over a year. Lady did not like what I had to say, but it had to be said!
I ordered a pair of shoes from kingsize.com On march thirty first,2023. I haven't even had them a month, The shoes are falling apart. I paid a lot of money for these shoes, DO NOT PURCHASE from this company because you cannot trust them.
I ordered several tall T-shirts from king size some were heavy weight, but most were lightweight. I will have to say I would not have give a dollar for the light weight they are terrible. The seams on the side are crooked. The hems are uneven. It's a lot shorter in the front than it is in the back just a bunch of trash is what it is. They ought to be ashamed selling that kind of garbage to people especially at the high price they charge, the heavy weight are pretty good but boy do not buy any light weight I promise you you will be very sorry and they are not as long as you described in the description, so disappointed, and the main reason that I order from king size was for the length! I really just wasted almost 200$ never again!made a mistake in 1 review it says do not order white white I meant to say do not order lightweight u will absolutely regret it!

I placed an order with them and when I received the email my order had shipped, I started tracking it. After 10 days the shipment was still showing that it was in Indianapolis at FedEx. I contacted FedEx who launched a search for this shipment. Within 3 days FedEx sent an email confirming this shipment was lost and I should follow up with the shipper.
I called Kingsize customer service and received the run around. The agent claimed there was absolutely nothing that could be done until 20 days had passed. I played their game waited the 20 days and called again. This time I was told, "you should have been sent a form where you certify that you did not receive this shipment, when we receive that back we will investigate and issue a refund. I asked the agent to track the package and see for himself that it still showed it was in Indianapolis. He put me on hold and when he came back said it looks like it's still in Indianapolis.
After much back and forth he finally said he'd issue a refund. Imagine my surprise when I received said refund and it wasn't a full refund!
I emailed them at this point was was told they don't do full refunds. WHAT you don't do a full refund for something a customer never received?
Never again!

So, I ordered 5 t-shirts, all the same size on sale for $9.99. One of the shirts was smaller size. I try to return the wrong size shirt or get an exchange for the wrong one sent. They say get a gift card or pay $10.99 for refund to my credit card. To me, I feel they may have sent this wrong shirt so I would be tempted to get the gift card so I would have to buy more to get free shipping. I think they sent the wrong shirt on purpose. I called customer service and they offered me the same deal that their website says. I hope this isnt happening, but I am writing this review in case others may have had the same experience.
These people are scary. To do an even exchange because their size chart was way too large. Very rude agent, talked over me and it will cost $36 to exchange the items. Don't fall for the free shipping, they will bill your card nearly $17 dollars a month. The only way to stop it is to have your bank cancel your credit card. I am not even sure the reps even live on this planet they are so unresponsive, double talk, dishonest and impossible to reason. NEVER again. Beware! Rating worse than zero.
I ordered some T-shirts a couple of months ago. There was no problem with that particular order. Then last night I got a fraud alert from my bank that they had denied an attempted charge of $16.95 on my debit card. After having to cancel my card and wait up to 10 days to have a new one sent I find out that the charge was for a customer rewards program that I had no idea about. Then when I tried to complain to the lady and customer service she just hung up on me! Beware!
I ordered 4 shirts for my dads bday my mom did say they take a long time for ship so a week later i see a refund for only part of my order so i look they cancelled my whole order and keep the $22 ship! So i call whats goin on? They tell me they messed up i said so fix it! They say well just give the $80 back and we will send it out i said and now my dads gift will be a month late by the x it comes in. Why did i have to call to get my full refund! Then i ask for the guys name for my records he says Jazz! I was like thats so fake how will they know who i really talked to! Bought two items from this company, poor quality so I never ordered from them again. Fast Forward to 2 years later... They have been charging me a service/membership fee monthly. When I called to complain they said I agreed to it. Almost $300 in fees. I had to fight to get them removed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Customer service and communication is absolutely horrible. King size thinks they are talking to idiots. Firstly sending 10 lbs of magazines "junk mail" in my package is the reason why it cost $14 to ship my shorts. I ordered a pair of shorts they were back ordered without my knowledge zero communication. I went back to the website to order the same shorts and different size and all the sudden there's a sale buy one get one free but they increase the price of the shorts by 30% one week after I bought some. Their emails are absolute spam worthy. They are liars almost Criminal sending me 10 pounds of junk mail in my package. The only reason I bought more shorts it was because my DXL order was running late. I will never be back to this absolute garbage company again.
