I have shopped KS for my son because of the extended sizes. The prices are outrageous because the quality does not match the price. Now I received a catalog today and tried to order pants that are $30.98 in the catalog only to get a message saying the catalog is outdated! On the catalog it states the prices are good until August 2023. No sale price and the item would not ship until August! Ridiculous and frustrating! Get it together, KS!
I ordered it. FedEx sent a delivery photo they delivered to the wrong place. I tried calling FedEx wouldn't talk to me only the shipper. Called king size encountered the worst customer service rep ever told me. Bottom line is all they could do. Send me an affidavit and that they delivered the product. I told her that is not my door. That is not my address but she did not care. Spoke with a supervisor. Same crap. Very rude all the way around. I have spent hundreds of dollars with these idiots and they shall never see another dime now they are okay until you have a problem and they don't know how to be a honest business and treat their customers well
I ordered a pair of men's casual shoes from KingSize. The total bill was $120.00. I ordered a size 9W and when the shoes arrived they were size 13W. I tried using their so-called "Happy Returns" site. It just circles you around to the point where you finally give up. I emailed their main office and was directed to call the same number I'd had no success with before. I wish I'd had read the customer reviews before ordering. Also, the shoebox the wrong shoes came in was very damaged, but the FedEx bag it was shipped in was in perfect shape. That means the box was damaged when they put it in the bag. They just send you whatever they have. On my confirmation email next to size it had N/A. They really meant that!
AWFUL! Absolute worst store card I have ever used. I had purchased several pair of underwear for my boyfriend and signed up for the card to use the rewards. They ran large so I needed to exchange them, which required a separate purchase. When made the return, it was not received during the billing cycle. I went to pay on the day it was due and they require payment online by 5pm Eastern Time. One minute after and it's a $30 late fee.
Once they received the return, instead of crediting the account they issued a GIFT CARD, which took time to receive and by the time I got it and called, ANOTHER LATE FEE had been issued. I spent over an hour on the phone sorting all of this and it took two different days because though the late fee had been "assessed" it was not reflected on the bill so I had to call back again for that.
THESE TACTICS ARE DECEPTIVE AND DESIGNED TO SCAM MONEY
I've just placed my final order with kingsize direct. They couldn't get my order right now 2 times over charge me for return shipping and a restocking fee for there mistake not to mention the $#*!ty quality of the clothes I bought but then again their made in Pakistan or one of those countries. Prices to high, Quility of product is Terrible, Customer service terrible, Over charge for shipping and return shipping And I live in the city where there Warehouse is located so it doesn't cost $25.00 to ship something from one side of town to same side of town. I'm closing my charge account and not going to order anything more from this company. 20+ year customer GONE!
3 shirts grossly oversized. I have been trying to return for over a month. DO NOT waste your time here go to DXL they will take a shirt back a year later with the receipt or they look it up on your profile. I have spent my LAST dollar with kingsized dirrect.
In November i placed an order now its the end of February and still nothing. Why would a company spend as much in advertising, then treat the customers they scam like this. This company will go the sears way.

I ordered two sets of men's NFL PJ's. I got one set and a lady's dress. I can understand a mistake such as a wrong size or wrong team but how in the world did they mess up this bad. I tried to contact them but their website wasn't working. I called and clerk wouldn't even look up my order. Just said to return it. I ordered from this company before w/o incident, but this screw-up ends my relationship with this company.

I ordered an 3XL sleeveless mens T-Shirt for $20+ and $10+ shipping. I received a 3XL WOMENs pant suit, top and bottom. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered. Return states my credit card is reimbursed ONLY for the cost of the item - DOES NOT include the $10.95 in shipping and handling I had to pay. I will NEVER purchase another item from KingSize.

Watch out for these guys they charge for early returns $11.00. Bought a leather coat it tore at the pocket when looking for keys. They refunded my money, but i used King Size Card and King size never notified commedity bank about return and they charged me 2 late fees. After argueing for 4 hrs yes 4 they credited the account. Yep i closed both accounts. So think twice before you make any purchase. Terrible csr.
First, everything takes forever to ship. My order was placed on 12/14 and it didn't ship until the 20th. Then they sent it the absolute slowest way possible and it didn't arrive at my local post office until 01/07,20 days after I ordered it. Next, it was sent to the wrong post office. FEDEX told me it could be fixed easily and sent to the correct address but the shipper would have to make the change and Kingsize customer service REFUSED to fix it saying it was no longer their responsibility once the package leaves their facilty. Wow. I got it fixed after I begged FEDEX to fix the zip code.
I called and another employee had to correct it. I called to close my account having my bank assist in resolving it because we sent them approx $350.00 that was placed on another account number, Not mine. We got it and I sent 100.00 immediately then the balance when my bank got the funds. After over 25 years, and thousands of dollars of products, I closed the account. They need better employee ethics and people who care about service, quality, and ethics.
Ordered a fleece lined jacket- got a lightweight windbreaker ever though jacket had a tag saying fleece lined. It was polyester. I called to say I would keep jacket and they could adjust price accordingly. No go. Jacket had 2 labels on clear bag as well. One slapped over the other. Customer service call and then chat line are both useless.
I ordered some items for my husband for Christmas and 2 out of 3 were correct. I sent back the one item 3 weeks ago and I received an email last week stating it was received. I still haven't gotten a refund of almost $40! When I call they tell me to keep waiting and it's on the way. I even tried chatting with them and the employee ended the chat while I was trying to answer. Horrible customer service and I will NEVER shop here again! I would recommend everyone shop through DXL for big and tall! I have never had a problem with them!

DO NOT Shop here! What a scam! They billed me a late payment fee on my first order! BEFORE I got my bill! I called they removed it, I paid my account in full and closed it. The late fee was more than I spent originally.
Now I am being billed finance charges! I called them they said they cannot remove the finance fees because the account has been closed! Funny, they were able to add the fees after the account was closed!

This organization will tell someone else that you have an outstanding and take the alledged outstanding balance from that other individual. You will search your account to find you do not have an outstanding balance, then the games xontinue from there. 10/10 do not recommend buying from this company.
I ordered a 3xlt carhart jacket gave them all the information. They never emailed me with the order # or confirmed the order. I still have not heard from them and I still have no jacket. This is the worse company to deal with I called there customer service they were rude and acted like it my fault.

Bought 2 Sweatshirts online. When I received the package, 1 of the sweatshirts was the wrong size. (The plastic outer wrap stated the correct size, but inside the bag was incorrect). Called customer service, was told I had 2 options. Either A) send the wrong size back and only once they received it would they send a replacement or B) I would have to PAY for the replacement and once they received the wrong one back they would refund me for the replacement.
I had to ask the rep 3 times for a supervisor for him to lie and transfer me to another regular rep. Once I got on the phone with a supervisor, she was rude and told me I had to do the exchange through PayPal … WHAT?! PayPal doesn't run your company!
Very dissatisfied. I ordered these for vacation and now only have 1 that I can wear with no resolution from the company. Will never purchase from them again.
