Would not purchase from this company again website said that they would do price adjustment and the price was down by $11.00 and their customer service would not do a price adjustment, I told them to remove their statement that said they will make a price adjustment and refund to the method of payment, not worth purchasing from a business that is not customer oriented or customer friendly, making a complaint to consumer affairs for false advertising.
I will never purchase from king size again the jacket that they sold me is nothing but a shirt with a lot of pockets it does not match the description or the picture on their ad it took over 2 weeks to get here when I paid for 5 to 7 days shipping when I called I was told multiple excuses. They treated me like crap over the phone and it is a foreign company that answers their phone that does not even care about the customer. The huge corporate conglomerate who bought out king size has destroyed the company overprice the clothing and sells trash, this so called "jacket" is nothing more than a cargo button up shirt FOR $160!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Be warned! If you order from them and they make a mistake you will pay for the shipping to have the replacement items sent. The way this company works is that if you need to return an item you return it and you get a credit online to repurchase the items you want or you get a complete refund. Either way your left with having to reorder the item and then pay shipping once again. They also have a nice little scam going on their rewards program where you can get free shipping. The shipping is not free immediately. You have to submit a copy of the receipt and fill out a form to get a refund. If you screw up like i did and submit the wrong total( i did total not subtotal or some nonsense) then they will not let you know of the mistake and you just recieve nothing however the rewards program is a monthly fee of 16 dollars a month. Such a damn scam. I didnt even find out why i didnt get the shipping refund until i called to cancel the order. I will never order from these pieces of crap again. BE WARNED! ALso i give one star because the rating system doesnt go any lower
Bought a shirt thru facebook add they touted fast shipping order confirmed on November 17. Contacted them via an email said order shipped. Status shows label created on 11/21 no further updates
I changed my mind about an order and called a few hours later to cancel. I was transferred and disconnected. I tried to email but it requires a zipcode and I ordered in Canada.
Made the mistake of ordering from them off of Amazon. They shipped the product then their delivery company decided not to deliver and mark it as an incorrect address. Keep in mind there are previous and current Amazon deliveries to said address. Amazon doesn't have contact information for their delivery company. King Size was contacted through messages on Amazon. They are waiting for the return of the item before processing a refund. Return of an item they sent with a company that didn't deliver it. Scammers.

1st time I ordered things were delayed. I gave the gifts to my boys as Christmas gifts. After washing them the first time the looked like crap. Necks pulled and distorted... color did not hold. The second time I ordered, I ordered name brand jeans. On 11/1, I got an email stating the order was delayed. On 11/7, I received an email stating they shipped on 10/29. As of 11/11, I still have not received the order. When I called customer service, after checking order status online and it stating that it has not shipped, they advised that it has not shipped but it should be here within 4 to 6 days.
The that returns, Why does Customer Service need to ask for SS# as part of an exchange, or return, of merchandise? This seems to convey the message that implies that exchanges/returns are not allowed, and that all purchase transactions are final.
How is it that they are not able to access invoice/customer# from the shipping documents included within the packages of the items sent from the affiliated facility, of the merchandise sold on their website, or from their catalog?
Ordered shoes on october 10th and last check might be here by 12/1 wish i'd checked reviews before ordering.
This is not my first try they do returns but they make a killing in this process 10.99 per return. Plus taxespluss the 15 99 they charged you to ship them to you the first time all because they did not fit. So I'm done with this place
What is wrong with you people I order some shirts from you guys and you send me 5 catalogs along with my order which weighed 1 lb and 4 oz what is wrong with you people wasting trees like I even sent my preferences to 0 catalogs and then when I order I get five be for real people stop wasting trees if I want catalogs I'll ask for them
I purchased a quilted jacket and it cost me 68.00, and I was charged a $15.99 shipping and processing fee. The jacket did not fit. I started my return process and I am being charged another processing fee. I am only getting $56.00 back. How unfair is that? Never again!
I ama long time customer who returned$ 65.00 item plus hemmig, shippihg etc. They nickeled and dimed my refund down to $38.00 and I'm done with them.
We made a decent order for a corporate client and KingSize never shipped the order and we missed our deadline. After opening up the "CONFIRMATION" Email, the body read "we're unable to process your order, please call us". Basically, they just wanted to make sure we were not fraud. How about use a title like "ORDER ON HOLD" not "ORDER CONFIRMATION"
Bought shorts for my husband, advertised as lightweight. They were NOT lightweight but rather heavy jersey. They were too big and too long. Went to send them back and they said I can NOT return them. Last time I EVER consider buying from this company. $100 down the drain. Will donate them. I sew but can't fix these to fit.

Ordered T-Shirts from Kingsize.com tshirts came order was great. All of a sudden i started getting monthly charges on my cc. After i noticed i called Kingsize and they said i signed up for rewards, WHICH I DID NOT. I dont even have an account, just placed one tshirt order. Gave me a phone call to call and cancel. Took 2 months of $17.88, would not refund.
If you order from them, you will have a monthly fee attached. Pretty shady.
I ordered some items that upon placing online confirmed the correct color. I got the wrong color. In addition when I checked their website for tracking status showed no orders. I called and spoke to a cust serv rep and placed another order with expedited shipping. That one was correct. When I called cust serv back a got a farmed out rep that didn't speak good English and denied me a return label for their error and that I'd have to wait for correct items after they process the return for an exchange. Another 3 weeks before I get the correct items in addition to the 10 days expecting the correct item. I asked for manager but rep instead put me back into cust serv queue which ramped up my frustration level. Second time got me to a resolution specialist who was very short with me after she said I'll send u qr code. I have no idea what that is and she treated me like I was stupid. I do cust serv all day and if I treated a cust like that I'd be fired in a heartbeat. So they took no responsibility for their error and would not send me out the correct order at no charge until they got the incorrect ones back I asked for a discount due to inconvenience and a months wait time to get correct ones and they said no. Horrible cust serv for one and shipping errors they don't take responsibility for. 1.2 rating out of 5. Seems appropriate.
First off, their product is complete crap! The shirts may be big enough and long enough, but the arm length for a long sleeve is 3/4 at best. Their return policy is crap IF YOU GET ONE! It took forever for the site to show that items had been returned. Second, they automatically sign you up for their membership which costs $14.95 plus tax a month. They DO NOT tell you about this. Nor do they send you emails about the money coming out of your account. So, watch your records. Basically, DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE. FRAUDS!
