On December 7th I purchased 3 rip stock shorts from king size next day. I received a double order. The only authorized order was for $145 at 50% off. The second unauthorized order, which was a duplicate, was for $334.5 calls and 2 emails later, they could not do anything about it. Until I received the package at home and to call them to get my refund. They kept using verbiage like I did it. I authorized it, there's no other way it could have happened. I'm here to tell you that I tried ordering it 5 times On their website, and I kept getting kicked out. I called customer service twice. And they could not do it because their system kept going down. So them telling me that I did it is impossible. I was only able to do it once at 50% off or $145. Why am I having to go jump through hoops? And make so many calls. And so many emails to get a return on an unauthorized purchase. I did not do well today. I received the package where I think it's like a week later. No, not even a week later, I received the package. I called, and they're using this a verbiage. That I made the purchase so I yelled at them. Telling them you have to stop using language that like accusing me of authorizing and clicking the purchase. Button which I did not. So they changed their verbiage, saying it was a dublicket which I agreed on on the explanation on that purchase. So they gave me a happier return label. Emailed to my email account, went to ups, showed them the scan code. They ripped up in the package and scanned each individual. Item and then said that the system from king's size would email me a receipt which gave me some doubt. And a lot of red flags in my head here we go again. I said to myself, but lo and behold the email came through. But they only gave me the money back for taxes and the items which again I did not authorize or purchase. So I call customer service, wondering why I'm only getting paid $296 out of 334 that's like $40. That's a shipping. The associate at king size told me. Oh, I would have to wait until I received all the money from the taxes and the items back to my PayPal account and that I would need to call again. This would be the 13th or 14th time. I would have to explain myself to somebody. So I said, well, maybe I should just go to consumer affairs consumer. The federal government, you know, just review and complain. Legally complain about this company and lo. And behold, oh okay, it's okay. We're gonna write a note in your account. So you don't have to explain yourself when you have to call back again to get your shipping money back. So either way, I have to call somebody and explain my situation. So buyer beware of this company.
This company has gone downhill fast. The clothing quality is nowhere near what it used to be. What's worse—they've been charging me a $16.95/month membership I never knowingly signed up for. There was no clear indication of any membership during my single purchase in October 2024, yet I've now been charged $186.45. When I finally called customer service to request a refund, the rep immediately knew why I was calling, put me on hold, and a manager issued the refund without hesitation. That tells me everything—they know exactly what they're doing. This is bad business, plain and simple. I will never purchase from them again.
I ordered a pair of shoes because my feet are very wide and I needed a pair for the gym. After I put in the order I started looking for reviews. They were all great on the website itself which I assume were all fake or paid for because every review I found outside on the website they own are terrible. I got worried so I canceled my order that was still in processing but they kept all the money and customer service ghosted me. They refuse to give back my 120 dollars even though the order itself not the shoes was still in processing. And they removed my order history as well. They're also known to giving out free shipping if you sign up of their rewards program which is super easy to sign up for just input email but the only way to unsubscribe is to call customer service directly and it cost 18 dollars a month.
Wish I'd of found these reviews before ordering. Ordered a shirt they charged me almost $12 for handling fee. I got the shirt that was supposed to be a gauze light-weight summer shirt. It was HEAVY you could wear in the winter AND the buttons are sewn on the wrong side. They'll take the return, but out of my $50 it cost me, all I'll get back after they charge me a return fee is $26. If I choose store credit all I'll get back it the cost of the shirt which is $36 AND when I order again with that credit, deduct the $12 for handling fee and you have $24 balance. What are you going to get for that? A pair of socks? I'll never buy anything from these jokers again. My advice is to shop elsewhere. It's just not worth the risk. Shady at best.
I placd three order for the same shirt and none of the orders shipped or arrived. I was assured over and over again all would arrive and I would receive refunds. No arrivals and no refunds. Just a lot of bull $#*! and lies from King Size. KIng Size SCAM is what they are.

DO NOT USE KING SIZE CLOTHING. King size is a huge joke, ordered 2 pairs of pants. Not yet shipped. Tried to cancel my order and they said that since it is in processing it can not be refunded, so I will have to pay my original shipping ($35), then wait for the product to get here, then drive it to a facility that I can return it through, pay for return shipping, pay a return fee, then wait for it to get to them so it can be refunded. Once they receive my items back, I will have to wait 3-10 business days to receive my refund? If you want my honest opinion, don't do business with king size. A mockery of what customer service should be.
King Size Direct used to be our go-to for big and tall clothing, but since merging with other retailers, their prices have increased, and customer service has declined. In December, I ordered shirts for my son, but they overcharged me, so I returned the items and canceled a backordered piece. I followed their return instructions, dropped off the package at UPS, and assumed everything was settled. Three months later, they charged me $100 for the backordered item, and I discovered my $150 return was never credited. After weeks of emails, customer service keeps making promises but won't fix it. Now they demand a tracking number I no longer have, and to top it off, I have to wait for the backordered item to arrive just so I can return it again.

I would highly suggest NOT ordering from this company. Returns and exchanges are a nightmare. They charged me three times the original price when I tried to exchange a sweater for a different size. ($39.99 was the sale proce and I was charged $112 for the new size as an exchange. I called customer service and was told I have to wait until the new sweater was delivered. Then I had to call back to get the price adjustment. At that pount they kept a "processing fee" for the adjustment that was their fault anyway. Then when I sent back the original item I had to pay another $10 "processing fee" for that to be refunded to my original form of payment. They did however offer a store credit in the full amount but I have ZERO intentions to ever order from them or any of their affiliates. STAY AWAY!

We ordered six shirts in two orders. They were too big. So, we returned the shirts and requested to exchange three of them for a smaller size. After speaking to FOUR representatives, we found out that they cannot do any exchanges through PayPal. The first THREE representatives tried to put the exchange (available) amount on gift cards so that we could do an exchange. Their system voided it out. The good news? We managed to get ONE shirt from them. It cost us [1st order: $85.68 ($137.40 - $40.28 refund) + second order: $96.73 equals) $133.13!
After multiple calls to customer service, and being lied to by their representatives, I strongly recommend to anyone to avoid this company. Two orders and mistakes on both of them. Paying to ship back the company's mistakes is insane.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the return charges applied to my recent purchase from King Size. I purchased an item for $87.95 that unfortunately did not fit as expected. I promptly returned the item in accordance with your return policy, only to discover that I was charged $33.75 for the return.
I find this charge excessive and unreasonable, considering the cost of the original item and the fact that I followed your return instructions. While I understand that return fees may be part of your policy, the amount charged seems disproportionate and does not align with customer-friendly practices.
I value King Size products and have been a loyal customer, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Ordered two pairs of slippers that cost me well over $120. I need a size 15 they sent me 10 1/2 definitely couldn't fit cost me to return them was told I couldn't have a cash refund that they would give me a credit never said anything about it receiving a gift card.
Now they're telling me that I was issued a gift card and had 90 days in which to use it. Guess what 90 days is up and I'm out the money. This is not the first time that I've had problems with this company. I would stay away from them matter fact, I think they really need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney general
They need to be held accountable for what they're doing to people not just your king size but also through the other companies bylane for one is doing the exact same thing

After this period, the card can still be used, but the customer will need to provide the card number and PIN in order to do so.
I received a hoodie for Christmas. I washed it exactly how it was directed to per the tag, it came out AT LEAST 1 size smaller than it went in, I called because I had other hoodies I washed that was from them the same way with no issues. They told me their policy is once it is work or washed they do not accept returns. I fought that battle, as this was clearly a defective item, spoke to several people asking to speak to a manager, was hung up on. Spoke to someone through the chat feature, was told they would be calling me to start the return, never called. I finally spoke to a "manager" who said he would make an exception, I said I wanted an exchange not a return. I wanted the same hoodie, in hopes that wouldn't have the same issue when washed and it was just a fluke. He emailed me a FREE return label and said he would process the exchange. I looked on my credit card they charged me for the new hoodie as I already sent back the original. Why would I be given a free return label just to send it back if I wasn't going to get an exchange? They are frauds and liars. I will be taking measures for them charging my credit card that I did not authorize them to do. It is a shame, they take advantage of their customers the way they do. I would have given them a lot of business if they weren't such jerks and scammers. I would highly recommend staying away with this company at all costs. Have never had this bad of customer service. I am assuming they know the quality of there clothes are cheap and horrible conisdering their policies. Save yourself a headache. Go elsewhere!

The shirt quality is horrible! Long enough tshirts, but the necks look completely rung out already it's like I'm fat, but my head isn't the size of 2 bowling balls wide. It looks ridiculous that you can see all the way down to my man titties. Once my card is paid off I'm cancelling my account and never EVER ordering from them again.

Ordered a vest to replace one I outgrew (lost weight). Was SUPPOSED to be delivered (KingSize CHOSE to ship FedEx). Then postponed one day, then again and again (five times). Went from Indiana to South Dakota to Montana to Idaho to Washington then to Oregon then back to Washington for delivery. C/S was NO help; just replies "Delivery as scheduled". What schedule? If I had been told it would be a long time, that would be "OK" but WHY tell me a date when you have no intention of delivering anytime close to that?

Advertised buy one get one free and no promo code required. I took screen shots. I kept advancing in the check out process thinking the promo price would come off. It didn't so I clicked the chat right away. The rep on the chat said they weren't allowed to adjust the price. I asked them to cancel the order, they couldn't do that either because it was already "processing". 1 of the 2 shirts then took 3 weeks to arrive. I started the return when it finally arrived and found I will need to pay 10.99 shipping and handling. Terrible experience, don't buy from them.

I went online looking for a belt I was nice, 42 bucks, I got the credit card, no problem I ordered this belt in March okay that's plenty of time before a wedding we had to go to. Never received the item I did not pay the bill how can I pay for something that I never received; I called customer service spoke to people at the "bank" where the credit card is from as well, they did not seem to care...I'm really pissed off they said they sent me a copy of the "delivery conformation" yeah okay doesn't say anything other than left.
Its whole company is a joke save your money, time and aggravation... this company is a total sht show...
