This is not the first time using JustFly. The experiences was very good previously, within the two years I guess things have change. The price they coating are for a naked flight, by this I mean is for you to fly and back. No baggage fee, no pre-seat reservation and no coverage in case you cannot travel. The customer service department cannot explain or give information as to who we must contact for this information

I just booked two domestic flights within Vietnam using JustFly. It was super easy. I had looked on some other booking sites for these flights (DaNang to Nha Trang and Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City). When I got to the final page to check out, the flight would be twice as much. I still don't understand why. This never happened with JustFly. The prices were clear as was the baggage allowance. I was very pleased. Thank you.

I am concerned because I was not asked if I required wheel chair assistance and for the person I am travelling with I will need it. All other times it was an option when I was filling out identification info. After I was completed filling out information it had not asked me that. Now I am hoping the air line will just ask and provide.
I purchased three tickets for international flights. I was told I would receive an email with the confirmation and itinerary for the flights in a few hours. It has been four days and I have not received the promised email. I have called twice and each time told the email would be coming soon. I still have no email. This is unacceptable customer service. They have our money on non refundable tickets so I guess they don't care any longer.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
