Easy to view and book flights. Gives you competitive pricing with different airlines that's all visible on one page. Didn't give 5 stars because when you pay to reserve your seat, you don't always get the seat you pay for - I've had this issue without previous flights I've booked through justfly.
They send you all relevant information, however, the only gripe i have is they will have the same flight duplicated on the website 30 times with the same price, sometimes even higher prices. If you can wade through the crap though, they work perfect.

Easy one stop shop for plane tickets - good pricing
I almost traveled some many miles with just fly but never got any benefit.
Also, with my recent trip, if I need to check in another bag, i will be changed as well, ignoring that I travel a lot with them.
Also, just fly does not have the option to add more bags when you book a ticket.
Also, I thought I will be able to choose a seat for free since there are some empty seats available, but I was disappointed because they want to charge me for choosing an empty seat anyways.
