I searched for airfare with carry-on luggage, you gave me a price for airfare with carry-on iuggage and I paid that price, but the airline charged me an additional amount for carry-on luggage.
The price is good. But I can't log into my account. The only way to search my booking info. Is to enter the booking reference number. I've been using Justfly many times, never been able to get into "My Account". Don't know why.

I also was sent to JustFly from Kayak. My experience was horrendous. After booking the flight, a pop up appeared to say the price was actually going to be higher than I was working with. They charged $12.95 to allow me to select seats and charged for the seats... only to find the airline didn't receive my seat selections and I had to pay AGAIN for the seats. JustFly - as they put it- as a "COURTESY" refunded only $11.95 (not any of the seat costs)and then went dark on communications. I even emailed executives at Momentum, the parent co and heard absolutely nothing. I suspect that their business model is to make money off of website visitors and lose the customer since there are so many others out there to take advantage of.
Easiest website to navigate! This is my 3rd trip I plan using this website! I referred all my friends attending my next trip! I love the prices, they cannot be beat!

My experience on JustFly has always been great! Affordable prices and takes less than 5 minutes to book. Can't really beat this website so thank you for everything that you do.
I added an extra letter to my name on my reservation on accident. When I called immediately to change it, the representative told me to cancel the ticket and to rebook. Canceling would cost me $200 plus whatever the new ticket would be. What they failed to tell me is that the option to fix the last name is $75. What a scam. Even $75 to fix a misspelling is ridiculous, especially since I called immediately.
Best to book over the phone so you know the flight info is correct

I was booking a flight for a cheaper price only to be informed during checkout that the price would increase by $35 dollars but other than that it was a great experience. I use this site often and would recommend it.
The site was having issues completing my transaction. It took me 4 tries before it finally came back successful. I did verify none of my previous attempts completed.
