My flight was wonderful. All but the transfer to a smaller plane their were only 13 of us that included the Captain and the crew. It was kinda rough but all in all. It turned out jus fine.

No seat choice granted although the site sent me to a page to select a seat. Also the carryon baggage requirements are not clear at all. What can be carried on as in bag size!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
