This site basically sells you the same tickets you can go find yourself if you work at it but look out of you need any help after the sale. The airline cancelled our flight so we called the airline, they wont re-book or refund because the purchase was made through Justfly.com. Called Justfly.com and went through all the menus and finally found the right combinations that put me on hold for hours. The person how answered the call was nice but put me on hold because she had to call the airline. Came back several times to ask for another 5 minutes. After all that she said that she talked to the airline and I needed to PAY Justfly $35 to see IF the ticket could be refunded or rescheduled. Please note the IF. BE very careful using this service because if anything goes wrong no one will help you.

My flight was canceled 3 times and every time i called to re-book or get a refund they are charging me $70. First of all how is this legal? Second maybe your costumer service representatives should not lie about it when they are asked about it during booking. I was charged $2281 for my flight and another $217 when i re-booked ( $70 fee and $147.44 difference in price). My flight is canceled again and i only get $2281 refund. Where is my $147.44? After five years booking with Just Fly every summer, you all just lost me as a costumer.

My flights were canceled because of COVID, not only did they not not refund my full ticked price (-$30) but proceeded to charge me an additional $75 to process my refund! This horrible operation scamming me out of $100 during a pandemic. Customer Service refuses to help either as they are a bunch of scumbags. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!

I had to cancel my trip because of the virus and received a travel credit. (Got charged $70 fee without any notice that I will be charged for this particular cancelation) When I called their customer support for 2h in line. Finally the Lady on the phone told me that I have only one option on this particular day that im asking and its going to cost me a $1000 WHAT!) when the fly tickets cost $119 just to get and book a new fly tickets for that day! SO not only they hold MY MONEY that I worked hard for it, but they still wanna scam me over! So for me to use the credit MY MONEY to book a fly will cost me double and triple! CRIMINALS And SCAMMERS! ITS AGAINST THE LAW! Robbery! DONT EVER BOOK or USE JUSTFLY.COM they will find the way to scam you! Just go direct to official airline website to book! If you want fare legit costumer support.

And every time when they are charging my card that on file I should be asked for permission of the amount and fee that im about to be charged!

And why they think that they will get away with? Because this company JustFly.com (JustFly Inc) is a Canadian company and subsidiary of Momentum Ventures. It is an online travel agency that allows users to compare airfares and book flights. Momentum also owns FlightHub. So Because you are not in USA soil you are not getting away! My Bank currently open an investigation on disputing the scam transaction.

Worst company

I booked the flight from JustFly and didn't fly due to the medical issue. I called the airline and they said I can get the refund through JustFly by submitting the medical documentation to them. However, after I submitted it to JustFly, they never submitted it to the airline. I called the airline several times and none of their department received the request from JustFly. Every time you call JustFly, their people have different answers and lie.

This company is not serious. I bought tickets from them and I was going to fly with Condor. I am trying to find out more information about my flight which is canceled and to reboock but without any answer. I call Justfly they tell me to call Condor airline, when I call Condor they tell me to call Justfly, it is already the third day and without any answer, today I stayed with them on the line for 6 hours, without any use. It is definitely the last time I will buy tickets from them.

Had a very difficult time dealing with these people, don't get a cancel insurance when they will still charge you additional money to cancel your reservation! They will not work with you with the covid pandemic.

Travel credit

I had to cancel my ticket because of Covid 19. They told me I had travel credit. When I tried again to get a ticket, the site was not working online. So I went ahead and bought a ticket, thinking they would give me my credit. Well, they didn't. So I called them. They said they can't give credit, because I have already bought another ticket. What kind of business is that? A credible business should give back credit in times of trouble. I won't be dealing with them any more.

I booked 2 flights with british airways and Jordania air line through Justfly.com. Because of the covid-19 both airlines cancelled my trips. Just fly wanted to give me a credit only for one year and they refused to refund the money. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor they said there is no manage or super visor. They are a group of thieves steeling your money. Never book with justfly again

I booked flights from Los Angeles to Calgary Canada and back in July. The airline cancelled my flights and Justfly.com wants to charge me $70 "handling fee" to give me my airline credits. I didn't want credits, I wanted a refund so they had me call the airline directly, but the girl said they would take the $70 from my refund if I could get them to give me one. This is such a scam. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company now and hopefully Justfly.com has to eat the cost!
