THere is no way to get a hold of justfly. Never again. Complete scam. They should be shut down. I need to call the better business bureau. Like i have all the time in the world to search for a phone number. Plus, two weeks ago, i clicked on call me when my itinerary changed. Do you think anyone called back? No. Wow, it doesnt allow you to submit this until you complain for a good 20 minutes.
I only purchase flights via JustFly. I travel often and this works best for my budget. I've never had an issue and recommend it to my friends and family who use it as well.
It was easy, convenient and expediate. I am elated with the results of my search. I doubt I could have found better prices especially with American airlines.
Do not trust this company to handle your reservations! The airline I booked cancelled the flight and put notes in the account to issue full refunds to all travelers and this company wants to charge you an extra $100 per person to change your flight or $35 per person for a refund of your own money. They refuse to give your money back until you pay them more money, they hung up on me 5 times, they said that they don't have an supervisors that work for the company and refused to call the airline to get the authorization code to give the refund. They told me that if I refuse to pay them more money than they will just keep my money.

I have been trying to get my refund for a cancelled flight for 22 days now. Whenever I call I am told to call back 72 hours later and if I ask for a manger, they are conveniently unavailable.
Just fly has given me a very good experience because I easily found a cheap ticket home. There was Nothing that was to much of a process or struggle. Great experience!
If i could give less than 1 star I would. Justfly is the absolute worst! I recently booked a flight with justfly and was sold a ticket to a country i could not enter. I was told by Justfly there were no restrictions however when i showed up to my connecting flight I was denied and stuck in the state of Florida! Justfly is still putting me through the biggest hastle just to get a refund which i am told will take up to 12 weeks. Do yourself a favor and use ANYTHING else!
Just like other sites, displays one price, then when it comes to check out. Says price increased even though it says it will lock in your price. Otherwise, I do enjoy shopping at Justfly.

I reached out Justfly and they told me to contact the flight company. I contact the flight company and they told me to contact Justfly. There's no number to talk and solve this situation.
My flights were canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic and Justfly has handled this situation HORRIBLY. They gave us non-refundable travel credit that doesn't work for crap and they charged us many more fees because of our flight being cancelled. This company is pathetic and is an absolute scam.
