Fast easy prices cheaper than "cheapoair" This was the only company with the exact dates and flights that I needed and I did quite a bit of research with multiple quotes!
It was not a bad experience using justfly. They do a good job categorizing the flights and the prices. However they should work on giving better alerts when flights prices drop. The multiple payment option is also legit.

I had to cancel my original booking due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I knew there was a $35 charge for canceling the flight. But after looking at flights for a make up trip, and after spending several hours looking for a flight, I was charged an additional 535 aside from the grand total, which I was never told about. I have tried to get someone to help me and I keep running into people that I cannot understand and will not do anything to help. The confirmation email clearly states to my total. But just fly claims that there is an additional 535 That needed to be collected. This is ridiculous because I was never informed of this charge. I try to speak to a manager or supervisor and they just keep telling me that a customer representative will help me. So every time I speak to someone I have to start all over and explain every single thing that I have dealt with with previous representatives. Today I spoke to a customer representative who stated, That he will be the last representative that I speak to regarding this matter. That there is nothing anyone else can do for me, that he has already explained the policies. But it just seems that they just don't understand that the reason that I am upset, is about an additional 535 charge to me without my consent. I am not sure what else to do at this point. But I know that I will never ever, Use this website to book again. They stayed in their email all because of the pandemic we want to help our customers. But in reality I think it's nothing more than finding a way of making another dollar. They tell me that they can't even see my confirmation email with the total price is on their end. You got to be freaking kidding me, that you cannot see the email where it clearly states my grand total versus, the extra$535 they are charging me. I am not sure if anyone else has gone through this issue. But I do hope that there is not. Because this has been a freaking nightmare and every time I speak to them all I am left with, is a freaking headache.

Don't book any flight with them they are a scammer. Doing illegal business. Asking people to pay 75 USD for canceling their flight even within 24hrs policy. They have two agent Edge and Amber, both don't even know how to provide customer service. Totally they are a fraud.

I bought a ticket through Justfly.com for overseas that caught my attention by saying that " 24 hours free cancellation". I trusted them and I bought that ticket just in case if I couldn't find any better option while I was searching on the same day. I found a better ticket and I cancelled the ticket after 15 hours on the same day without worrying about cancellation fee. Then, I noticed they charged me 75$ for using their site and they didn't refund my seat request that was 23.80$. I believe it's not appropriate that they charged me for providing no services. They say very big 24 hour free cancellation but they write very very little see more details and in that option they inform you through some pages that you should pay 75$ for cancellation. I still don't know why they didn't refund my seat request?! I lost my job because of covid 19. It's my worst qurantine experience :(

Easy to search, fights had clear and detailed information so I didn't have to click on the flight to figure out layover times etc. fast checkout. However, the insurance offering is a joke especially with Covid19 and think all airplane companies should step it up, after the massive bailout seems only fair they'd give people better options.
I booked a flight for a family friend and when I received the confirmation email, I realized it was for the day after I intended. So I immediately cancelled and re-booked for the correct date. I was charged a $75 cancellation fee. I have called several times and spoken to representatives who tell me the cancellation fee cannot be refunded. The last time I called, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that the was no supervisor onsite. I then asked speak to the person who the rep reports to, and he states there is no one on site and just gives me an email to send my complaint. I sent the email hoping since this was my first time booking with them they would give a courtesy adjustment. They declined. I would have even been happy to be offered a partial refund, but they didn't even offer that or anything. I will tell everyone I know to never book with them.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
