I've keep trying to change my moms flight and they make me wait 1hour and 30 minutes to tell me that they can't do it. My airline company tells me to contact them since I bought my tickets with Justfly.com. I Will never going to buy with them again.
Everything is quick, easy, and painless. It always gives me the best deals for when I want to travel. I will use just fly from now on.
Last year I booked a flight through them and everything went smoothly. However, another flight was booked and the flight was cancelled by airline due to COVID-19. This company will give you the run around to get a due refund. I only was able to get through to them after 10pm MST. Only after filling a complaint with the BBB, I received a receipt saying I would get a full refund. But I was told it could take up to 18 weeks to see the refund posted to my credit card. What a bunch of crap. My money should be refunded in a timely fashion, not almost 4 months after an approved refund. They don't give a valid reason for the hold up, just continuously blame COVID-19 so that they can hold onto your money a bit longer. From now on I will book directly with the airline to avoid the hassle.

With the difficulty situation of Covid, we cancelled our flight through JustFly. To charge $70 is ridiculous for a couple keystrokes for the cancellation of our flight - during this time of the pandemic. Horribly inhumane.
Worst experience ever! Only come here if you are trying to lose all of your money! This is a scam website! Don't book here! They stole a total off 900$ from me! Two separate flight I canceled the same day and I Paid for the fee so could get a refund but it's been a whole month and a half and 8 phones calls later to the bank and just fly and the bank told me it was a scam! I spent so much time going back and forth with the travel agent about my flight. I wish I would have just stopped there! I was charged TWICE for over $1,000! When I called back to see what was going on, the travel agent claimed they had not charged me. I booked in February and it is now nearly July. I'm still missing $1,000 and JustFly has been no help at all. I will NEVER use their service again and I hope you don't either.

Wish I had the option to cancel and get a refund within 24 hours with a refund without having to purchase insurance. If I did have that option, it wasn't made very clear.

Justfly charged for cancellation during Covid 19, even Austrian did not charge for cancellation, Experian did not charge customers if the airline did not charge customers. I did know about it, I did not put any credit card numbers, did not get any receipt from them. It just show up on the bank.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
