I booked a flight to Maui. I received the confirmation. Everything was good. Days later I went to check my flights and my return flight was gone! It looks like I am stuck in Waikiki and Justfly is not answering my calls.

I bought ticket to go to new york from LA yesterday.
I surely checked in male in gender infomation.
But when i got the booking confirmation and noticed that in female. I was really embrassed and i tried to modify that wrong. But it can not. So i called their service center. But i could not reach them. At first i canceled it and at that time i noticed that there is calcelation fee ($50 each ticket) so i called them again. I waited for 1 hour on the call and finally reached one of speaker.
They can not give back money. Even though I canceled it after bought 5-10 mins. So i asked calling the supervisor and thet will call me within 24 hours but have not gotton called yet. The system is really weired. Please give back money.
Just a warning to anyone thinking about using this company. I you need to cancel a reservation, even if it's less than 24hours of making a reservation they will charge you for $75.00 for processing the cancellation. I have never heard of this company before but I will never use them again! What terrible customer service.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
