Had to go with alternate airport but was not too disappointed however I had booked with this site before and although I was also then skeptical I went through and had my trip.

We had a booking to go to Amsterdam for a cruise in July 2020, due to COVID19 we canceled the whole trip two months in advance. Justfly confirmed by email after we requested on line (could not get hold anyone on their 800 number), that they will refund us $1200, but after 4 months still not receiving any refund. We still could not hold anyone on phone with Justfly, and don't know what to do. Cruise company and hotel all refunded back to us long time ago. Cannot trust Justfly.

My flights were cancelled by Norwegian Airlines but I never received any notification from Norwegian or JustFly and it's only 2 weeks away. Justfly has twice denied my request for a refund for two flights that no longer exist! I've been on hold for TWO HOURS waiting for someone, anyone, to answer the customer service phone! There is no email address on their website to contact them, either. All of this leads me to the conclusion that this company is a total SCAM.
The booking was simple. I liked the filters and how easily they could be changed to fit my individual needs at each time I booked. A great recommendation for all travel lovers.

Been calling for 1 1/2 months now about my refund. The account was closed where they refunded the money. Husband been cooperating with bank and bank say they didn't get the refund or no refund from justfly. They said it should bounce back to them since the account was closed but justfly insisted that they refund the money and the bank have it. They say they will investigate and contact finance department but everytime i call the customer service sounds like they dont have idea nor have the note about my case. And keep repeating everything to a every single person. And manager or supervisor never ca us back. They said they will. So give our money. It is $3,700 is not a joke amount.

Turkish airlines canceled my flight for the date I suppose to travel. So I requested a cancelation because justfly didn't find a date for me. But i still be charge for cancelation fees. That is nonsense for me. Justfly should give me my full refund.

My Etihad flight bought through justfly was cancelled due to Covid and the airline has agreed to refund. Justfly took 18 weeks to process the request and now has cancelled it without giving any reason. The customer service is pathetic and has not responded to any of my calls! This is such a big scam! I had to buy ticket from another airline! Never buying ticket through them ever again! They take your money for a cancelled flight, its a fraud company, people should never buy tickets through them! I am a student at university of maryland, posting it on our student forum as well!
So far I've used Justfly.com twice this month to book flights. I don't fly very often, but had been loyal to Southwest. However, unless you can get the Fly Anywhere rate, SW is just too expensive these days. Anyway, I found this site to be very easy to use both in searching for a flight and in purchasing my tickets. Lets be honest, we all want the best flight for the cheapest price so long as the flight meets our schedule.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
