I found out within a few hours that I couldn't travel. I emailed immediately and expected my full refund as the ad stated. I was charged 75.00 per person ti cancel. Thats not what the add said! It was only a few hours. I feel cheated and will not ever use this booking agent again or recommend it!
Crooks! Gave me a travel credit and then fares all of a sudden doubled if I wanted to use the credit. Without the credit, fares were 50% less. Go figure!

I don't usually write reviews, but what happened is outrageous
I book a flight for my mother to come to visit us, she came.
Going back home we drove 2 hours to the airport, get there to find out there are no flights at all going to her destination on that day and she had a connection the next day, that will be lost. I tried getting in contact with them for the next 3 hours, they basically shut down at 10:00 pm unless you are buying
I finally got a call back the next day and guess what they were able to get my mom on a flight where a 73year old grandma will have to wait 5 hours for a connection flight and I had to pay over $200 extra because of the fare change. So what the fare change the whole thing was their fault, but I found out, JUSTFLY/FLYHUB/ Momentum Ventures (those are some of the names they use)
I took my losses and will never again do business with them.

Second time losing my money with these people, horrible customer service. Booked a trip and they canceled and did not return my money. Tried to call for 3 days unable to reach a live person
Justfly told me my flight that I purchased 3 months prior was cancelled by airlines and later found out the airlines didn't cancel it. Justfly Told me they were going to rebook it and that was fine except for they lied to me and never sent me a ticket and even told me to go to my airport four hours away on night before my flight and not to worry I will have my ticket and I did not get it so I lost my flight for the second time. I was on the phone with them for many hours including four hours on hold at one point in two hours on hold and every other call wanting to see how I can get my ticket since they are the ones who reschedule me. I traveled 2 hours to get my corona test in time to take my flight. It was a wasted time. Justfly rescheduled my flight a 3rd time and same thing happened. I was assured that I would have my ticket in time and I still did not. I called again and was told I have to pay several hundred dollars to book a new flight. I didn't cancel my flight. They did. I talked to about 20 people in 8 days and they all assured me I would be getting my ticket soon. My flight is supposed to leave tomorrow for my 3rd rebooking and I still do not have the ticket that I paid for months before. I have now waited 2 hours for a call back so that I can just get a refund as it is clear that they just tell me what I want to hear and are not going to resolve my issue. I've lost time with my family, money from work, money for prepaid housing and food and worst of all, the anxieties and stress throughout this process, my mother in law called me crying because I was supposed to be there by now and because Justfly lied to me and refused to help fix an issue they created, I am now forced to purchase a new ticket with a different company while waiting 18 weeks for my refund. I do t see my brother now for 3 years as he was waiting for me to come and even scheduled his flight out to make sure it matched with me coming. It's been a terrible experience. The worst part is not the process that they have to go through but the continuous lies I was told about how they were fixing it just to get me off the phone. I hope no one has to go through this ever.
You can find great deals here but the customer service is the worst for this agency. You cannot talk to a real person because they have set up everything so you can only do online. I need to make a flight change and when I tried doing it online it kept on charging me handling fees even though I paid for insurance for changes. I finally tried calling the booking line to talk to an agent which of course they had someone you can talk to there. Willing to take your money but when it comes to resolving a problem no one is there to help you. Once I reached him I told him the situation and he just transferred me to the automated line. Me or my family will never book with justfly again. One of the worst services I have experienced with a flight agency.
The company does not follow through with what they say they are doing. My itinerary changed without my confirming it. The new itinerary did not work for me. They told me I did confirm it. Tried cancelling and online management tool did not work. I was told twice I had been rebooked and nothing changed.
I need assistance to try to cancelled my flights through the phone but all I got was the machine. I wanted to talk to an actual living being but I had to schedule an appointment and I thought the engine is not user friendly. I wanted to get a refund because the borders are closed in New Zealand and they want to give me future travel credit. I want an actual refund, but I'm having difficulty contacting the customer service. After serval attempts I was able to schedule an appointment but I did not receive a call back at the schedule time. I'm having the worst experience of my life. I really want my money back and I want to cry if I don't get it, because I would have travel if the pandemic did not occur and the airline/just fly don't want to give me my full refund although the borders are closed in New Zealand. I also don't feel safe traveling and I don't know when the pandemic will be over and the credit only last for a whole year. This absolutely makes no sense to me. I also don't want to wear a mask if I have to travel. I rather not travel if I have to wear a mask on vacation. Wearing a mask is so uncomfortable. The airline that I book it with is Air New Zealand. I bought my ticket back in January before the pandemic occur and it's not fair that they don't want to refund me when the borders are closed and they emplaced a mask policies because when I bought it, this wasn't stated on my ticket back than. I would give my experience with Just Fly a negative star if I could. I'm still waiting for Just Fly to call me, so hopefully they do call me.
I booked a flight last March for a trip in May (funeral). They charged my card twice, because it was at the beginning of the pandemic I was informed I could not speak to anyone or dispute the charges until 2 days before I was to take the flight. I called 2 days before and was told I had to provide proof of the double charge... this began a 2 month back and forth with them asking for more and more banking information and stating they were so backed up with requests, etc etc. I finally received an email in July stating my request was approved and I would see the refund in 30 business days. I still have yet to receive the $400 refund (almost November now, 8 months after the booking occurred) and now the company is no longer accepting phone calls to customer service. Horrible experience, I will never use them again.
Was my first time and I had bad experience. I bought the tickets to go to Brazil from Florida. My trip to go to Brazil was good no problem
When I was in Brazil I call the Azul airline to confirm my return and the told me I need to change because I time to change the flights was impossible to make
You guys gave 30 minus to change domestic to international flights. Become the problem First of all almost impossible to talk to someone after the change my flight to 15 Oct and I thought was 12 Oct because 13 Oct I need to work. Finally I spoke with some manager and he suggested to buy another ticket to comeback because I had pursed the insurance. Now I'm being trying to get my money back with the insurance or miles to fly. I'm very frustrated.
Booked a flight through them (business class). COVId happened and had to cancel return flight. Lufthansa approved that but the refund should come from just fly.
I scheduled a call with them and they put me on hold for 25 min then hung up.

On this site, Be very careful that your arrival day is not one or two days after your departure.
When we realized it, We couldn't reach them.
When they called back HOURS later, they quoted $1000 per person to change our flights. When I objected, the rep put us on eternal hold and would not come back to the phone. I finally called American Airlines to explain. They made the needed changes for less than half the cost including fare changes and handling fee.
Never, ever use JustFlies.
The company is good when they need your money. Once they have it they treat you like waste from the back side, rude and hangs up the phone on you. My covid was positive with errors but to resechedule is like heading to hell. Never will I use them again.
Using justfly was pretty rewarding and stress-free I just filter what I needed and I found it right away and make a payment and I was out the door thank you very much for taking care of a very easy to maneuver website.

Please do buy or use the services of this bogus company! With the pandemic, justly did not refund me the extra charges for the seat request assignments fees, extended cancellation policy $79.96 for each passers(x4) and it's a nightmare to get oyur refund form their own travel insurance company(CSA/Genrali). Their customer sevice is is awful too! I guess there's a case pending against this company because of the illegal fees they are charging their customers!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
