Justfly made me pay an additional $25 so that I could rebook my flights due to COVID cancelations. However, now that I want to rebook, they won't let me. They say the flights aren't available. Even though when I check directly with the airline, they are. And, they are for the same price. My advise is go directly to the airline and DO NOT use Justfly.com

Bad Service

Very bad service. I keep calling them about re-scheduling my flight because of Lockdown restrictions in the city I am going to and they just keep stalling, cutting off my calls. Bad online service. They say they will email and they don't. I have been in the process of communicating for 2 days and zero progress.

RIPOFF ARTISTS!

Do yourself a big favor and STAY AWAY from this company. Despite clear language on their own website and that of the carrier's website (TAP Portugal, in this case), Justfly REFUSED TO REFUND TICKETS WHICH WERE CANCELLED BY THE CARRIER DUE TO COVID. I have been battling with them for 8 months trying to get my money back, and finally resorted to going through the bank to dispute the charges. Luckily, my bank (Chase) came through. Justfly should be banned altogether for illegal practice, to say nothing of unethical practice. SHAME ON THEM - yet another shining example of CORPORTATE GREED AND FRAUD.

Never ever buy a ticket from just fly. They do not care. I booked a ticket through just fly, for a flight in June 2020. Flight got canceled by air lines itself. I talked to just fly to apply for refund. Its Feb 2021 and I still did not got my refund. When I call air line, they say that hey can not talk to me as I booked through an agency and justfly did not even submitted for refund. In the mean time, just fly has charged me 175 dollars, just to apply for refund by air lines.

When I contacted just fly( believe me it is hard once you already book with them), they say air lines is not responding to their cancelation request.

I do not trust what justfly says as its been 8 months since I applied for refund and atleast 20 calls, 20 different agent and 20 different answers.

So buy at your own risk, little bit saving can cost you a lot

Terrible

Our flight was canceled last summer due to COVID-19. They promised us a refund. We have email documentation stating that we would get a refund. We still have not received that refund on our credit card. It is almost impossible to get a hold of them. We have been trying and trying and have spent over 40. Hours on hold. I highly recommend you not to make travel plans with just fly.

Unethical Company

We used JustFly to book a European vacation which happened to be around March 2020. As you know the Covid emergency was just hitting but were assured from the airlines and the health notices that we would be able to fly. Long story short, we were caught in Finland and found that Iceland Air had canceled our flights with no rebooking. Since we booked through JustFly we were treated like dirt and had to attempt to rebook through JustFly. All Customer service numbers were busy, no answers. We had to scramble and rebook flights back to the states. Once back in the states we attempted to use the flight insurance we paid for to get a refund and was told that Covid emergency wasnt covered. We then followed their arbitration process to attempt to get a refund for the portion of the trip that was cancelled and not rebooked and in 9 months have been unable to get a response from JustFly. To make matters worse, we called Iceland Air and they showed us evidence that they REFUNDED the cancelled trip to JustFly who have kept the refund without passing it back to their customer.
These are the types of situations where consumers get to see the companies that are customer centric vs. the ones that are sleaze balls who hide behind a disaster. JustFly is a dishonest company and are thieves.

Complete crap

They cancled our flights and said we'd get a refund in 2 to 10 business days. Its been well over a month we had to buy new flights home. They stranded us in Toronto! We keep getting the run around, put on hold, and nothing but attitude! I will NEVER use just fly again, and I recommend you not either! Cancled flights with no notice, no refund, stranded me and my family in another province. They are impossible to get ahold of. Good luck if you use these guys to go anywhere. I have attached the cancelation that I had to send my boss which was time stamped November 23 our flights were supposed to be November 25. We recieved the notice 2 days before they flight and they're trying to say we just didn't show up!

Bad customer service

I cancelled my flight 48 hour before departure and one hour after booking, the airline did not charge me anything for cancelling but justfly.com charged me $300.And they refused to refund car hire fee.

Thiefs

Justfly never reimbursed my flight (cancelled in June 2020 because of COVID). They assured they would, but it's been month.
They do not answer anymore, no customer service unless you want to book a flight. If not, they just hang up! Incredible!
AVOID IT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN!

Dont book!

Booking with JustFly is a terrible idea. I booked with them but my trip was cancelled due to COVID. I received travel credit and have tried to use it 6 different times for a new flight. All requests to use the credit have been denied. So I guess I am just out $600. Would not recommend!

F I could leave no stars I would, had a flight with Justfly cancelled due to covid, unavoidable, but they alone of all my flights, charged a cancellation fee and charged me for the seat bookings so $20 for that as well came to about $75 I think. They gave me a voucher for the rest.
I then recently tried to rebook, I phoned from the UK to Canada and got an agent, he rebooked the flights for August 2021 and sent me a quote which I accepted, another $40 but seemed worth it.
Nothing happened.
I phoned again a few days later and got another agent who said that sometimes the quotes did not go through and he would action it from his end.
Again nothing.
Left it a few days and phoned again, this agent said the flights were not available for my requested dates though they are available on United's page so why not? Also they sent me a quote for my flight alert for these dates, I find it difficult to understand why they would send a quote for flights they do not have.
Thus asked for my money to be refunded, I need to wait 18 yes 18 weeks for this money to go into my account but she can take the 70 dollars cancellation fee immediately.
So now I am out a great deal of money, am extremely tired and fed up and have to wait till nearly before we travel to rebook which is how long it will take the money to get back to me.

NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY MAY SEEM A BIT CHEAPER BUT YOU PAY THROUGH THE NOSE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WILL REBOOK DIRECTLY WITH UNITED, IF I EVER SEE MY MONEY AGAIN,

I purchased a plane ticket over the phone using travel credit with Just Fly about 7 weeks ago and still have not received the confirmation email. I have requested a call-back from Just Fly 6 different times. I have currently been placed on hold for over 2 hours and 21 minutes. I have over 10 hours wrapped up in purchasing this ticket, and my issue is still not resolved.

Bad customer service

Had to cancel because of COVID. No refund. Then they charged my credit card more money then they stated. Can't get a return call or return email to resolve the issue. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Rip-off

So I had to cancel my flight due to COVID-19 and I bought insurance for that reason. To make a long story short after speaking with an agent they gave me nothing as promised. My travel was supposed to be 100% refundable. Not only did the insurance do absolutely nothing for me besides cost an extra $25 they gave me a credit only for future use and then charged me 2 fees. One of $35 and another for $50! This company is a joke, NEVER EVER USE THESE FRAUDS! I'm looking into seeing what our state congress can do for me.

My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. Justfly Customer Service is very poor and unresponsive. I can get no response for my refund request. I have tried to get through to Customer Service for days with no luck. I've been on hold for hours and callback service transfers me to a "supervisor" who never responds. There is no email address on their website to contact them. Flyers beware!

If there is a zero ratings I would give JUSTFLY just that. I have been trying to call since August trying to reschedule my flight because the airline cancelled the flight. Everytime I call I am on hold for at least 3 hours and when I finally get a hold of someone they always transfer me to a different department, and put on hold again. 3 times now where a customer rep says they will call me back to follow up with to see if my request went through, nothing. When I talked to a rep, they would always say that I will receive a confirmation within 24-48 hours. Bull Crap. All I get is advertisement from them. The flights were never booked. To this day I am still trying to get a hold of them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware of this site. The customer service is terrible. I'm at to a point where I just want to forfeit my flights (2 people). I wish they would do a better job in helping customers. This is an update 11/30/2020. I am still trying to get my tickets and flights rebooked. Everytime I call someone they are no help and wants me to pay $150 per ticket because I want a refund on the ticket and if I want to rebooked I was told $289 per ticket to pay. Either way, they are trying to screw me on money some more. It is not even my fault that the airline company canceled their flight yet I am the one paying for it. I will make it my goal for others to know this company is no good. If I have to write and review at every single sites out there I will. I will post on Facebook to let my family and friends to know to DON"T EVER use this booking site. My money was wasted for a ticket I have never even used.

JustFly is a fraud, Stay away.
JustFly is a fraud. They cancelled my ticket and they have been telling me for 10days to wait because we need to reschedule your trip. I talked to a supervisor and she is telling me that "to be honest this is impossible to find you a ticket anymore so it is better to take you money and go find another flight by yourself". I asked her if this is the company policy she said yes unfortunately.
I told the supervisor Jenny that I will file a law suit against what you said and she was very rude and told me that whatever you want to do go for it and we don't care.
I don't know who should I talk to now. Everyone says that sorry we are too busy.

Screw up

Booking this time was a disaster. I booked flights from EWR to STI traveling on December 29th and returning on January 10th when I checked my schedule I had flights from STI to EWR on December 28th and returning from EWR same day arriving back to STI on 29th, when email saying your trip to Dominican Republic because I'm in NY
Trying contact Justfly to reschedule impossible, I was lucky contacting Spirit and reschedule for additional $150
Be careful dilling with this company when costumer service is not reliable.
