Their customer service has sent me on rabbit trails with no help to rebook using my travel credit. Their system is unhelpful and they are keeping my $700 without doing any real work to try to improve my customer satisfaction. I've worked with three of their employees and none of them can give me straight answers.

Please don't use this site save your money they will over charge you and will no be able to reachno one to make it right and if you do get a response they will hangup on you before you even greet them.
It is a big hassle to file a police report and go to your credit card to file a fraudulent claim please avoid your that trouble

Absolute scam

Takes your money then cancels your flight. Won't refund and offers a credit. Then lists all flight options for your credit at 10x the market price. Reporting to BBB and FTC

I GOT SCAM
April 8, 2021

I book online I called to change the returning flight+1 *******769 cause this is the number that came up they told me to pay 800 for promotional and they would return 1253 come to find out I pay 800 Amd they were a scam saying that they just fly. Lost 800 then I called the 800 and they told me that's not they fault. Even know that 888 wasn't their number that listed on internet

JustFly had let us down from the beginning. They first cancelled our flight to Kenya without our knowing (which caused some scrambling but thankfully we made it). Then, we had to rebook our return flight several times. The first time, the person "rebooking" our flight did not give us any confirmation code. The second time, the person "helping" us didn't actually get our information into the system, therefore causing us to miss our flight back to the U.S.

Refund Request

Since zero was not a choice I had to offer one star for my review to go through. I have been waiting 4 months for a refund on a cancelled fight. It is impossible to speak to a customer servicce representative when their self service portal does not answer your question or follow up on your issue is needed. I would not recommend using them, what you may save on a flight is not worth the hassle.

Justfly is a rip off and they don't value their customers. They have hidden fees and charges. Their customer service sucks and they try to keep your money. Priceline is better. I had to change dates due to covid and they still charged me and wouldn't refund money. There's about 60 of us who travel once a month, but that is over because we will no longer use their services. I rate it as a 0

By far, the worst third party travel agency. Extremely hard to contact, no response, and still no refund to my account after 4.5 months. I am so thankful United tried to do the best they can considering everything was set up through just fly.

You are garbage!

I had two tickets bought last year that we couldnt use because of covid. A voucher was offered. Now that I have been trying to use the credit to buy new tickets and PAY the difference, they have made it so IMPOSSIBLE. My first attempt was on Wednesday 2/10/21 where I spent all morning on the phone with FOUR different agents. All of them telling me DIFFERENT THINGS of what I should do next. I requested to speak to a supervisor which the agent responded that they weren't taking calls. You told me to call the airline directly and when I called the airline, they told me you have to fix it. Which I told you right away every time your four different agents suggested me to contact the airline. After this the four different agents kept promising me you will fix it. Thursday 2/11/ I was "finally" able to book the tickets using the credit I have and pay the difference. An email with a quote was sent to me which I accepted. The agent told me to wait 24 to 48 hours for a confirmation. Friday 2/12/21 I called in to know the status of the booking since I didn't receive any email with a confirmation or next steps. I was told to wait 24 more hours. 2/13/21 my phonecall call was made at 1:30 pm. I was able to speak to an agent who told me to wait on hold while he checked what happened with the confirmation. He told me it would only take a COUPLE OF MINUTES. Its 4:32 pm and I am still on hold. Your service is a joke. I requested a refund and you denied. What do you expected me to do? This is the first and last time I book tickets using your company that clearly doesn't care about costumers but your own damn benefit.

Refund scam

Just fly is holding the refund money from airlines and not issuing them to customers. My flight was canceled by TAP Portugal due to the pandemic and destination closure. I requested refund on August 28th, 2020 Today is February 11,2021 and I'm still waiting for the refund. Just fly has configured their phones and website in such a way that customers cannot talk to a live person to follow up. All they show is that refund is in process. I had to cancel several flights, hotels and cruises due to the pandemic and refunds were issued within 3 months. I think they are running a scam by holding the refund, making interest and hopefully at some point in a distant future send to customers. I will never use them again.

Reservation

Had a reservation with United & Frontier I called to confirm the reservations for two people with Justfly. When I spoke with a rep Bryant in which was not his real name said they bumped one of us. Never email me, no call no text nothing. The rep said all he could do for me is cancel this reservation and refund my money in which they could not send me a email on the cancellation. They showed no empathy or concern on finding me another reservation. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINES!

I liked Justfly.com for long time but, I just recently booked my $1400 flight to go overseas and I had to cancel it for death reason. No customer service to contact, no email address to contact them. The computer said we will sent you an email to fill out a forum so someone will contact you never happened. Spending a lot a money on a website that doesn't have a person to answer your question is the most ridiculous thing that happened to me. I will never book anything with them again

Its a scam

I'm out over $800 because they won't let me use my travel credit for anything. I've been trying to use my travel credit for round trip tickets from Boston to Orlando, but they said that my flight credit is not enough to cover those tickets completely so there's a difference i have to pay. I've looked at multiple different websites and it is super rare to find round trip tickets to Orlando over $600!

This company is a ripoff! I had to cancel my trip to London (July 2020), for my family of 5, due to COVID. We were issued a credit of $1979. 20 through American Airlines. In August of 2020, my wife and one daughter used a portion of their credits to fly to FL, which I booked through American Airlines without an issue. Additionally, American Airlines issued them credit vouchers, via email, with their remaining credit balances (FL flight was pretty inexpensive).

This evening I attempted to book a flight from Philadelphia to Hilton Head, SC, through JustFly.com, using our remaining credits (which totaled $1,674.80). After hours of trying to actually reach someone there, the rep first told me that she could only do it for myself and my other two daughters because my wife and third daughter had already used their credit voucher for the trip to FL (made no sense because they still had a credit balance of $243.64 each). Then, she tried to charge me $245.13 for what she called the "difference" in price for me and my 2 daughters; mind you, the new flight was $167 a person and we had $395.84 a person in credit. On top of that, she tried to charge an additional $75.00 for what I'm guessing is a service charge.

I got off the phone and immediately called American Airlines (AA). The rep for AA, who couldn't have been nicer, booked the flight for ALL 5 OF US for zilch! Our credit vouchers covered everything! The AA rep said that our remaining credit balances would be sent by email and that we "never need to use that other company again." I immediately deleted my JustFly account and, like the AA rep said, I will never use them again. I caution anyone against using JustFly.com. Their customer service is horrible and everything else seems like a scam!

SCAM!

They are a scam. In January 2020 I booked a one-way flight for 7 passengers that ended up getting canceled by the airline, due to Covid. I was told by Justfly that I would be refunded but it would take a few months. Now more than a year later, no refund at all. When I call Justfly to check the status of my refund, they tell me my refund is on hold & I need to pay $400 in service fees to process it. Lie after lie after lie

I was in FL last week and tried to change my return flight. I scheduled a call back with their automated system. I received a call back 45 minutes later than expected and scheduled. My cell phone rang a few times and when I answered no one was on the line. I tried several more times to schedule a call back in order to extend my stay but never received another call back. This is a joke. They make reaching customer service so difficult that you give up. This is the last time I use justfly.com. Sad becasue I used to use them very frequently.

Due to coronavirus issues, airlines tends to change itineraies and flights for free. But Justfly charges you up to 75$ for a unfair "handling fee".
I've purcharsed a flight from SDQ to SJJ using to diferent airlines (Jet blue and Turkish Airline) througt Justfly. One of them (Turkish Airline) changes the itinerary. I try to change it by the app but not possible, I call both airlines and they said the change has no cost but couldn't change it because it wasn't purshased by their page. The E-ticket # combines the two airlines abovementioned, so their anwers is to call your Agency (Justfly). Just fly sent me an automatic email to quote changes with them and finally sent me the "quote" with 75$ of handling fee for no reason.

This site is a scam

My wife and I booked 2 tickets to the UK towards the end of 2019, maybe the start of 2020 (To travel March of 2020). With everything going around with the pandemic, we asked for a refund which they denied and gave us credits to use by the end of 2020 (We called their lines for weeks and only got through to a live person once). UK was ground zero for the new strain - and so between strains we never had the chance to travel. We tried to get the credits extended, and even tried going through the Better Business Bureau to no avail - thats 1500 downs the drain. Justfly.com is a joke, they encourage travel during a pandemic.
