Very quick way to find and book the lowest fare. Only thing I would like to not receive so many emails after my transaction.
I had no complications at all purchasing my ticket. Took under 5 minutes to have everything completed & all of my flight/ booking information was emailed to me in a matter of minutes after completing the transaction.

They are pros at writing fake positive reviews. They are a scam out of the UK, from what I can tell they hire Nigerians on the front line and they lie lie lie. Sell you seats they are not allowed to sell because the fares they sell there is not pre booking of seats allowed. They take your money to upgrade the seats they can never actually book. These are basically standby first bumped fares and they don't disclose it. No one would buy them. The bottom of the barrel seats that the airlines allow to be sold by these cheaters. American Airlines, Delta, Air Canada are all criminal for allowing these booking agencies to sell, knowing they are not fully disclosing what they are selling. Guarantees airlines they will have the fullest flight possible. Being undisclosed to the consumer, stress for the entire trip you will get bumped, not have a choice on seating when you are led to believe you paid extra for the best seating you want. The US Attorney General's office needs to step in and mandate that the Airlines no longer over book flights and do not allow corrupt 3rd party booking agencies like Justfly.com to operate if they are going to outright lie to the consumer. Both the airline and JUSTFLY.com put it back on me. Then they scratch their heads why consumers are getting so frustrated by the time they get up in the air. Shame on Delta airlines for allowing JUSTFLY.com to book. BBB warns consumers not to use them. Maybe the airlines need a wake up call by boycotting all air travel until they shape up. Maybe that is what we need to do. Seems to be working in the fight against Trump. Why not use it to make the airlines shape up and stop creating situations to where the "friendly skies" are now nothing but a mosh pit! This cannot be solved. I am now stuck traveling not knowing if I will have a seat or a place for my luggage. When I was sold reserved seats and even got to pick every seat out, only to find out it was lie by Delta airlines today. Lovely!
The tickets I purchased said "Economy" you'd think hey we're regular airline tickets but apparently in addition to "Regular Economy" United has a new ticket called "Basic Economy" where you are not allowed any carry on luggage. JustFly did not list the ticket as "Basic" so I had no idea this policy existed. Even my confirmation email says only "Economy". So now I have several fees tacked on and am forced to check a small bag for a weekend trip. Very disappointed. Watch out for this scam!

I've used Expedia for years, they track my visits and I get the feeling that when I don't buy every subsequent time I visit the price mysteriously goes up.

I called Justfly, to at least get a credit towards my next flight, b/c I wanted to cancel my current flight, but there was no flexibility. I couldn't even cancel my flight, b/c they were going to charge me an extra 75 dollars to cancel for a non-refundable non transferable airline ticket.

I booked a flight with this company 2 months ago and they cancelled without notice and my card was still charged. I was told I was going to receive my refund in the mail and 2 months later I still have not received any of my money back!

I paid the extra fee to reserve my seats but after being charged the extra fee a note came in saying it was at the Airline's discretion whether I would receive the seats. Well the Airline's discretion was not to put me in the seat I paid for and on the return trip, the Airline's discretion was to put me on the very last seat on the aircraft. DON'T PAY THE EXTRA FEE TO RESERVE your seat! I would like to have seen that note about the Airline's discretion before I spent the extra money.
