I have purchased almost every flight exclusively from this site because of their ability to find flights cheap and hassle free.
I used this site earlier this year and found it to be one of the most competitively priced site. Not only that, it is easy to navigate and customer service people actually exist. I called to make changes to my flight and it was done in reasonable time. My only issue was that they didn't confirm my seating and charged me a fee to do so online but after contacting customer service, they quickly removed the charge.
Bookng on the mobile website is easy and straight forward. E-mailed confirmation is well formatted and easy to read.

It was very easy and straightforward with what I was looking for. Lots of variety on flights from San Diego to Seattle and back, I had multiple options on the time which was great because I had to arrive before a specific time.
Agent very helpful with problem I had booking online. Very friendly and gave us free seat numbers to sit with other two members of my family. When asked about a wheelchair, one is to be provided at each port of exit!
Very dissatisfied with customer service. I was force to select a flight that I did not want giving me the allusion that it was not available. I was also charged $75.00 when I cancelled only part of the flight well within 24 hours. Passenger should be able to select return flight especially when the return flight would put some one in danger. Which your team was trying to do to me.

It was very easy to navigate the site, and it had lots of options for carriers. I got a fantastic set of flights for the best price in 20 years, but absolutely no clue on where my seats are. That's a problem since my husband and I are very tall and need legroom. I would give JustFly 5 stars were it not for this huge omission. I hope that seat assignments will be added as an option.
Nothing we could do. They lied and told me that they emailed me about the flight change two weeks ago. A clear lie! It was a nightmare. They need to be sued and put out of business

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
