I found this website by accident and was skeptical at first. Once I confirmed with the airline that my reservation was legit I was very pleasantly surprised.

Time that day. When I finally got through the Airline (united) they changed the name with no fees or hesitation, bc of course most airlines allow for some changes the 1st 24 hours. Needless to say it's a rough first time with Justfly, no sure if I will use again. I hope the actual flying part works out better.
I booked a flight for 6am straight through to my destination arriving at 10:30 am. I received an urgent email and text at 9:30om telling me my flight has been cancelled, but rescheduled. The new plans were to leave at 8am, go to Atlanta switch planes and take off in an hour and arrive iat my destination at 1:39. I was supposed to pick up my father at noon from the hospital he had been in for 2 weeks suffering a Attack. I was late, it was a bit of a fiasco. I did not enjoy Atlanta and traversing on shuttles and escalopes... I would have preferred a non stop flight. After the second plane ride, I can't hear out of my right ear because fluid is behind my ear drum... It's probably just me, but I felt very inconvenienced at the last minute change that was made.
It was easy to do online. I have used this service before for my entire family and they had good rates and the customer service agent i called was very helpful. I would use them again

The ticket was inexpensive... however, a few days after the purchase there was an additional fee charged without my knowledge or consent.
I booked on JustFly.com a trip to the Bahamas with my family. We had a layover in Florida and JetBlue charged us $25 for each bag=$100, which was fine, but when we arrived in florida, we were told we needed to pay an additional $100 for the second airline Silver Airways. I even checked the website and it states specifically that if your origination flight is a JetBlue number, then you WILL NOT have to pay at the connection flight. Total scam.

No option to alert airline of handicap status. I called and was told American was informed and would be ready for me (they weren't). The seat that I paid $34 extra to choose was sold to someone else and I was asked to moved.

After booking I was pleased with overall deal. Within 30 seconds, I received a note from the airline indicating that because of the price I got, we will be limited on carry on baggage and there is no guarantee we will be seated together. As I will be travelling with two children, this is very disappointing. Will need to go early to airport and plead my case I guess...

Booking two one way tickets ( one back and one from) my destination was the cheapest way to go on any website. Although Travelocity's has a guarantee on cheapest flights, justfly had them about 20-70$ cheaper each. HOWEVER, I couldn't put in my TSA pre-check number, which is frustrating, and I know this is possible on Travelocity. Additionally, there were a lot of add-ons constantly being offered, and extra fees for everything from 1st bag checked to choosing your own seat, though I understand this is in fault of the airline too. Overall, this website was just "eh."

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
