I haved used this sight to book my last 6 flights because they always seem to have the best flight deals.
I searched for specific dates and unknowingly booked a return date that I had not searched for originally. I had put my credit card information in and pressed the button that said - Confirm and Review (or something close to this) and a screen came up asking me if I wanted a hotel room or car with the reservation. The screen was still up and I noticed the return flight was wrong. I immediately tried to change it (less than 2 minutes) and it said I had to call your number. I called the number and spoke with Ross (who was very nice) and she said the dates could not be changed. I asked if I could cancel the flight and rebook and with the correct dates and after being placed on hold she said I could but there would be a $75.00 fee. I mean this was within 5 minutes of booking not days. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience overall. I have had to extend my trip and work with my employer to have the time off. Your search engine needs to reflect that the dates shown are NOT the dates put in.
Flight was cheapest I found on searched multiple sites. I was able to book quickly and easily. It is my first time using this website. Would recommend to others.

Last. Minute booking, i always find justfly as always the cheapest and very reliable.
