JUSTFLY had the best prices on the net and the site was very easy to navigate. StrIght forward no additional fees after booking. Just how I like it. No surprises.
They should have employees that talk different languages. I called and didn't understand well and they charged me $150 for a cancellation when I really wanted to change the date.
I was offered an upgrade while checking out that would allow me to take a carryon and choose my seats for $25 per ticket. Since the check baggage charge was $25 it seemed reasonable to do this. When I went to check out the cost of tickets had increased by $65 each! I immediately called JustFly to find out where the extra charges came from. The first person I spoke with could not understand my question so after 15+ minutes I was transferred to a supervisor. "Adam" tried to help but could not see on his screen what was obvious on mine. He had me take off the upgrade and the price returned to the original. Anyway, I didn't get what the website told me I could and spent well over an hour on the phone to not get what was offered. SCAM
