At first, the system considered my trip a one way trip and I tried changing that a few times but was not successful. I decided to start over and then I was able to find a relatively reasonable flight quickly with little effort Information was clear and no hidden fees.

Let me just say that i have been using JustFly for a few years. I was fairly happy with them- with a few draw backs... one of these is the fact that they offer you a "FREE" cancellation insurance, but when you click on it, it adds $20 to your cost.
This time around i was booking a ticket for myself and a coworker... i selected two people traveling, but it only gave me the option to order one ticket. I had to go back and hope and pray that the tickets were still available to purchase for my coworker. Obviously we are not sitting together, because i wasn't given the choice...
And when i purchased my tickets, i was informed that i was not allowed to bring a carryon- yes- according to this website- its OK for people to fly with just the clothes on their back! This is not something you put in fine print- this is something you put right up in big bold letters for everyone to see and offer them an option to upgrade! I would have been happy to upgrade, instead of flying like a second class citizen! Who doesn't allow for carryons?
When i called to complain, i got a we are experiencing a more than average amount of phone calls... your wait time will be more than 15 minutes... you would think they would offer you an option where they will call you back. No -thats not for second class citizens. Their recording said "if your flight is in more than 14 days, please call back at a later date" Never using this website ever again! Not to mention that i am embarrassed in front of my coworker!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
