I would highly recommend to anyone who wish to travel. The flights are reasonable and alternative dates are shown with price options. This makes it easier to adjust flights to get a cheaper ticket. Different airlines are also compared that you can see and make a better informed choice of carrier at a suitable price.
If it's less than 1 I will go for it I confirm ticket and when I call for cancel they put me on host 1 hour that's Unbelievable
The website was easy to navigate and offered the best deal. Just fly was recommended by a few friends who had great experience using it, so I decided to check it out, after spending weeks shopping for a good deal.
I had so many flights to choose from at great prices. I had to call to notify the airline that I needed wheelchair assistance and the person I spoke with was pleasant, taking care of me quickly!
It was super easy. The step by step was adequate! So far I haven't needed anything else from you guys so thank you for running your website adequately!

Call the company they put you on hold, come back on then hold again for over 3 hr. They said they will get a supervisor, on hold for 20 more min. Then said supervisor will call back. NO they won't. Terrible company to work with. No worth the cheaper prices.

Called in to use the airline credit, been transferred around from Kevin to Riza and they kept telling me they cannot book the flight because they cannot see the fare. Kept telling me to call back in 24 hours, that it's a different process and they cannot see the fare. Asked for manager and would not give me anyone, scammers. A ticket company cannot see the airline fare that's the bs they pulled to not re-book using my credit. Originally purchased the ticket for $368. Currently looking at the ticket I want to book for $227, BUT Irish here is trying to sell me that same ticket for $480! I will go out of my way to write my blogs and vlog with that review so I can make sure my audience will steer clear of these scammers.

JustFly is the only site I ever use to books flights. It's so easy and quick to find the flights I want at the best price. It's almost unfair how many deals I'm finding on this site. I'm officially obsessed with this website.
Easy to book. Not stressful. I like how easy it was to book our seats at the same time. I didn't have to write a book to book the flight. I also like the ease of picking the different return flights.
Am a first time customer that has never used the site before. Quick and painless, just like ticket purchasing should be.
I had a couple of issues:
1. The Justfly booking process doesn't allow for Frequent Flier or Mileage Program account numbers. So I called the *******015 number to ask about it. I was transferred to Customer Service where I waited 20 plus minutes! That's too long. Justfly's site should be updated to include the above so there's no need to call.
2. The DAY AFTER I booked my flight, Alaska advertised $59 each way for Portland trip in August. If only I waited a day. Now I'm waiting yet again on Justfly's 800 number. I'll probably have a 30 minute wait. It's strange how the recording says, there are 10 calls ahead of you. Then, a few minutes later, there are MORE than 10 callers ahead of you. What happened to basic queueing?
I'm afraid I won't use JustFly ever again.

My experience with JustFly was above average. The flight I needed was found in a timely manner. My confirmation and schedule emailed to me immediately.
The site is very easy to use and the flights are very affordable. What more can you ask for? This will be the first site you use to search for flights once you've used it.
A well designed system! Works great, gives updates, purchase was smooth and trouble free. I used the system to book two flights.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
