This was the cheapest rate I found. Everywhere else charged this rate plus additional taxes and fees.
The reason I gave 3 stars was that the previous ticket I purchased I ended up having a horrible experience with limited details and misleading information and was charged a fee by the company for me to do work that will not be granted. I did the same transaction with this ticket and there was no problem.

Apparently there is a new Basic Economy Fare that limits your carry on to one personal item (not one personal item and one carry on) PLUS you cannot choose your seat NOR sit with your family (children). The airline will send you an email to make sure you are aware of this policy and of course it is after the window of free cancellation time. You can change your ticket for a fee of $75 per ticket plus the upgrade of the ticket! Very poor!

Good site. But it needs to be more intuitive, also it's very slow and it doesn't save your search with your specific settings like the time of day you want to fly and if you want a direct flight or stops. Needs better alerts for finding the best price more efficiently

I am happy for using this site. I have used Cheap Flight site for purchasing the flight ticket. JustFly site is included in Cheap Flight site. I have found that JustFly site gives more readable results and is more efficient for me to make a purchase decision.

I have been watching my flight for several months and was going to book directly with the airlines, however, justfly.com was easier to use, the layout provided me with flight information that made sense and gave me the option to fly into one airport and fly out of another airport. I was also able to upgrade my flight for a lesser fee than with the airlines directly. I have used several different booking sites and I recommend justfly.com over all of them.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
