Thanks to your deals I am able to see my son, when he takes military leave. I will recommend JustFly to anyone looking for excellent prices and easy to use interface.
A slight dissatisfaction in the Increase of the fare in the middle of my online purchase. Also hidden charges for the purchase of a seat whereas other AA do not charge you for a seat.
The site does not allow for finding fares for a group flying to a location together and individuals returning on different dates. The site did not give the escalating cost of fares with the different scales of fares. Economy basic, Economy... or the cost of carry on or checked baggage. This resulted in added costs for my family having to fly under stressful time. (Mother died and had to travel quickly.) Adding to the fact there was not a way to check for bereavement discounts or other services without going to specific airline websites.
Do not book your ticket through this site. When you have a problem they want you to call the airline not them to call for you. They changed your fly time and said it's just a small change. When I asked to make a small change to my fly time they said I could not.
I am a frequent traveler. Prices are pretty good but customer service is the worst I have ever received. I paid $19.99 for an extended guarantee on a flight 9 months from date of purchase. My business dates changed to a week later. Even though my travel dates are still 8 months in the future AND even though I paid $19.99 for extended cancellation (note: fine print is only 24 hours from purchase date) I end up receiving a $81.08 credit (that can only be used by airline booked) out of a $431.08 flight. Upon further reading if I had purchased the insurance for $36.00 (covers medical, CANCELLATION, etc) instead of JustFly's $19.99 "Extended Cancellation" (reminder this is 24 hours of EXTENDED), then it would have been refunded. Top this all off with a help line that has no one who can communicate (tried twice) and they WILL NOT offer anyone who could help them communicate that may be managing. DON'T BE A DOPE LIKE ME--GO KAYAK

Lemon squeezy. Everything was pretty easy and the prices were the lowest I could find. The site was simple to use and understand.
Terrible! My flight was cancelled and trying to get another one rebooked is impossible! The first call they said they would send it to another department to help accomodate me and I would hear back in 2-3 days. Well haven't heard back so I called again. N notes were taken, I had to repeat everything, and apparently there is no other department to help. Now on the phone for 52 minutes and nothing is resolved, the agent is new and keeps putting me on hold, and there seems to be no supervisor to talk to. Just him. NEVER AGAIN and buyer beware!

I loved the site because it was cheaper then other booking sites. They are very helpful by showing cheaper prices for different days.
Had to keep rebooking and closing the tab out. I would select a flight and put all my info in then it would say the flight wasn't available. Did this 4-5 times and I eventually had to book a different flight. Very inconvenient.
Customer service was very nice but the process to speak to a rep is very long and doesnt make much sense.
Had difficulty at time with the flow of purchasing process... several pages kept repeating. Asking for same information...
A bit pricey but found the times i wanted to fly out... kind of. Maybe would be better if i was able to mix and match which fight i wanted for the exact times or have at least have the option. But overall it was a nice experience and the website was easy to use.

I have never used this site before, but will definately use it again. The website was easy to navigate. The charges appeared correctly on my billing statement.
I looked at a few different competitors and this was by far the easiest to use and best deals. My son and I ase ecstatic to go on our vacation to New York!
Until they started charging multiple fees for picking seats. I also didn't see a way to only pick seats on certain flights and not in others. I didn't have time to deal with it so they got more money for something that shouldn't cost anything

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
