Was told the cost will be $75.00 per ticket. To change reservation it would even be like $200 a ticket. CSR agent would had no sympath what so ever. Never again will I use an on line booking company. They. Buy a block of tickets from the airline and can not negotiate with you.
Justfly is ok if you no forsure the ate you pick does not to be changed.
Weeding through the flight schedules was easy. Determining what perks I needed was a challenge for, seat reservation, baggage, wifi, over head compartment fees, carry on bag size etc. Once I understood the process the second booking was a breeze.
I prefer Justfly because it's cheaper and more flexible than the other sites out there! I haven't yet been disappointed with its services.

My booking was very quick and easy! I had to book a last minute flight to Europe (same day) due to my other flight being cancelled and I was able to book for a few hundred dollars cheaper than my friends who booked on another site. Definitely recommend!

The deals offered were good but why say there's only 2 rickets left at that price which was not true?
Needed to change my reservations to a early day was not able to. Will not be sure that I will be taking United again.

My booking experience was rather easy and convenient online. You have to read carefully the terms and conditions of Justfly because that's where many people get frustrated when they can't change modify or cancel their trip.
But other than that, I was satisfy with my customer service experience when I called to change my flight. The agent was very professional and took his time to explain every details and my options in order for me to change or cancel my trip. Very good example by the way of a good phone representative doing his job well.
Good overall. Will buy with just fly again and refer to other family and friends to purchase tickets.

My husband booked a flight with this company after he enter his credit card number when tge reservation came back they over charged him 248.57. After calling both customer service numbers we got NO HELP. Than told there prices change rapidly even though you confirmed the one price they already gave you. IT'S A SCAM THEY WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Over charge you bc most people just look for the confirmation number after its booked, never looking at the price again bc you already confirmed the original price. NEVER USE!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
