I booked a round trip, that used two different airlines and was able to book both tickets at the same time. Most other flight search engines direct you to each airline to book separately. Easy shopping, good price!

Although all of my flights were delayed they were all great flights the crew was very polite and professional and the entry on the plane and off the plane was smooth and fast. It was my sons first time flying so I'm glad it was with these flights because it made his experience a great first one.
I called the customer service line because I thought it would be easier than booking online and I was wrong. After 30 minutes on the phone I hung up and ended up booking online. She didn't have the best verbal communication skills and I spent over 25 minutes constantly repeating myself. She wasn't listening to the correct dates that I wanted to book and ever time she found a low price she would push me to hurry up and buy now without even taking into account that her days were mixed up. It was very frustrating and I will never call customer service again, but if I have to I will need to speak with a manager that will be able to assist me in a timely fashion.

It took 45 minutes to fix my name and cancel reservations just to rebook same reservations. After reimbursing me and then recharging me, she forgot to redo the seating arrangements.

I tried other flight sites. JustFly returned many more options at lower prices. The booking process was simple and quick. I will definitely use JustFly in the future.
So-o-o easy to purchase tickets through JustFly. And, the price was the same as purchasing through the airline's own site.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
