My experience with Justfly to book flights has always been on point. I love this site! I will always book my flight through you guys as well as refer people who ask where the is the best site for booking flight, etc.

Easy to book, very efficient site. Everything has been smooth so far. I hope that i will be able to take advantage of fair flight prices at this site again.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I NEEDED TO MAKE A SMALL ADJUSTMENT TO MY TICKET AND IT TOOK OVER 2.5 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND IT STILL NEVER GOT DONE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND SLOW! STAY AWAY!

Justfly is very easy to use and I always find cheaper flights. Very convenient and has excellent service.

The site was very easy to navigate. The searches were very quick and provided comprehensive selections. Booking flights was very seamless. I appreciate the detail and ease of choosing the flights, booking and confirmation received.

So far so good I have not flown with them yet but the booking of the flight was very smooth and easy.

Terrible service, our itinerary we received was not what we ordered. I had to repeat myself over 6 times and they still got it wrong. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for a manager. The worst service that I have received from any customer service.

Easy to use and the site saves your trip info so you have a handy historical record to reference back later on if needed. Would recommend to others. Good customer service too.

I am very computer illiterate. I always have someone do my plane trips, etc. for me, but no one was around to help me. I admit I was nervous as I started to get into it. It took me forever as I wanted to make sure I got everything right. I am 79 years young and I couldnt believe I did it! I checked a number of days and options re flights and was sent e-mails about price changes. Once we decided on dates I was able to get the flights and times with good connections and not bad total trip times. We were able to pick seats for the first leg of the trip which was great.

I tried other sites and was getting frustrated with the cost changing as I was booking my flight, but then I came across JustFly and I found just what I was looking for and my flight was booked in no time at all. I will definitely be using JustFly for future flights.
