When he finally finished with cancelling my flight. He sent me to sales to re-book & upgrade my basic economy ticket to a standard economy ticket only to find out the airline - United wasn't offering upgrades. The sales dept gentleman was knowledgeable but spoke too fast and was hard to understand with his accent. Bottom line-cheap flights are not cheap they just look to be a bargain. Caveat emptor-- Buyer Beware. Will never fly United again! Very deceptive advertising on airlines part!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
