After booking I contacted airlines to make a seat change (good thing I did this within the 4 hour cancellation time) and was informed that the additional fee to justfly for seat selection was only a "suggestion" to the airlines. Furthermore NO BAGGAGE WAS INCLUDED WITH THESE TICKETS AND AN ADDITIONAL $170 baggage fee for EACH of the 4 legs of travel ($680) would be charged if I kept the tickets. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS! Needless to say I cancelled and will never use this company again
Flights are modest and the most important thing is they played a video instead of giving signs of safety. Ticket booking is justfly is really easy and quick.

No, my trip is not ruined, but my budget is bleeding badly. All because of Justfly. Their customer service is terrible.
Talking to them on the telephone is an exercise in frustration. People whose 1st language is not English. Ok, I got it. Their English is much better than my ability to speak whatever their 1st language is. I'm supposed to be conversing in English. I know this is going to sound like my mother, but they talk really fast. A lot faster than I'm able to figure out what they are saying. This happened both times that I called. Each time, the person repeated back to me what I asked for. Ok, I got that too... communication. It drives me crazy tho.
Me: I didn't receive an email about the change that I made on June 16th. Would you send or resend that email? Them: Ok, I hear that you want me to resend an email confirmation of the change that happened on June 16th. Is that correct?
First, I needed to change my return flight departing from Vancouver to one that departs from Fairbanks. What SHOULD have happened is that I should have been told that Westjet does not fly out of Fairbanks, and I was screwed. I needed to purchase another ticket. What actually happened is that I was told I would get travel credit back from the airline and that I could use it on a different airline. I was charged $250 for canceling my flight and the new flight was not booked! I could that saved myself the $250 and just not shown up. When I called back today, I was told that no second flight out of Fairbanks was booked, no, Westjet didn't fly out of Fairbanks and I was screwed out of the travel credit. I'm pretty sure there was another fee tacked on in there too.
I will never, never do business with Justfly again. It is too frustrating, they didn't do what they said they would, they don't know what they are talking about. And they are really hard to understand.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
