We been buying tickets from this website for two years always getting good deals. Never had an issue and price drop very quick and you save a lot mostly of you get the email update.

Easy to search and book a flight. First time to book with just fly, found it is very easy to search and get your result, you may book hotel with it as well. It lets you customize your search and I found that is the best thing about this web.
This site charged extra fees for a " seat assignment request ($30) and food request" and then said the airline must be contacted to confirm. When I called the airline directly, they said those requests meant nothing and they proceeded to charge additional fees for seat assignment and food requests. When I called justFly back to remove the bogus charges, they refused until I called them liars! They finally agreed the charges were bogus. It will take 2 weeks to get the refund! Good thing I was still within their 4 hour free cancellation window.
As a first time user the process is fast and easy. Simple clear directions made it super fast to book and check my flight.

I Purchased my international flight tickets from Justfly.com for 2 adults and 1 child and paid the seating selection fees on April 11th, 2017. One of my main reasons to purchase my tickets almost 4 months before my flights was to select Seating ahead of time because I have a child with special needs. Last week I logged in to airline website to check my reservation and seat status only to notice that there was no reference to my selected seats although they are showing my selection on the booking confirmation. I talk to airline company, they said they never received the seating assignment requests and recommended that I call the booking agent that I used to purchase my flight tickets. As of today, I called Justfly three times and Talk to different people but never got my seating assignment issue resolved. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Answer: Forget about the refund. They will have an excuse like mine. I bought the insurance, but apparently there are two insurances you can buy for one ticket. Who ever heard of that?

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
