On June 4,2018, I booked a round trip flight for my wife and myself to fly from Boston MA. To Seattle WA. And return from Seattle to Boston. I knew that there was a possibility that I might have to cancel the flight so I paid the additional fee for travel insurance. The insurance stated that I could cancel my flight for any reason and receive a full refund for the flight.
On June 5,2018, I learned from my wife that there was a conflict with the dates that I had selected for our flights and would need to cancel the flight. I was glad that I had paid for the insurance and thought that I would just be reimbursed the money that I had spent on the flights.
The first issue started when I was told that I would not get a full reimbursement. I was charged a $150.00 cancellation fee even though the cancellation insurance policy did state that a cancellation fee would be charged for cancellations. I was issued a $471.52 credit and it stated that I needed to use the credit by June 4,2019.
On August 28,2018, I attempted to use my credit to book a new flight for January of 2019. I was given the run around and told that there were no flights available. I was told for the first time that I had to book flights with Spirit Airline and that the flight had to take the same exact route as the original flight.
I never received anything in writing stating their so called policy in advance and they could not produce anything in writing stating that I had to book flights on the same airline with the same exact route.
I called JustFly and spoke with a women who identified herself as Asia, employee #3948HR. I explained my issue and was again given a song and dance about how the flight needed to be the same exact airline and the same route. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes and didn't get any type of satisfaction what-so-ever.
I normally fly on Southwest Airline and I have never had a problem when I have had to cancel a flight. Southwest's process is simple, honest and fast.
My advise to you is to stay far away from JustFly. This company, in my opinion is intentionally trying to make it difficult for a customer to use their credits and just keep the customers money.

I bought five tickets from LAX to Mexico City Alaskan Air but my bank statement showed seven individual transactions each time I paid conversion fees from AUD to USD and a missing letter R on my surname to correct it I paid an extra USA 75.00

While in the sky I received email asking to pay $5 as insurance that Justfly will pay me $1000 if my bag is 96 hours late.

I started emailing since the 1st of aug till today the 25th with no answer.
I tried using the email address to receive: wrong email address.
I tried their advertised numbers, but if not disconnected right away I was to be disconnected after waiting long long time.
They give nice talk when you ask for buying a ticket then you have to expect the worst service ever.

Was very disappointed with my booking through this website. They allow you to select seats which are not actually guaranteed. The assigned seats do not appear on the carrier website while JustFly.com charged for the seats selection while booking.
Airline company confirmed that my reservation is with no seats assigned and additional fees should be paid in order to choose seats.
Long story short, the cost of the tickets will be very expensive for us. I recommend to everyone to avoid this website.
I had called to see if I could get a refund on a ticket I wasn't going to use, instead the lady told me you can't cancel but if you pay and additional $50 you get that travel credit and its good for a year. I call to use my travel credit and they tell me it's an additional $200, I wait for an additional hour and 40 mins just to be told there is nothing they can do. It's a scam.
Beware! Bought a couple of flight tickets over the phone and although I wanted to purchase them for another date, their agent suggested that if I could be flexible with the dates, there would be a free checked baggage included per traveler (otherwise it would cost me extra). So we went ahead, paid the tickets and then it turned out that it will cost me an extra 200 Euros if we want to have one checked baggage per person. I spoke with the manager and they say the agent didn't make a mistake because I was told that I should verify the free baggage allowance with the airline. It's a rip off! After I called them back they wanted me to pay $75 per person to cancel the tickets and they would have given me back my money in 10 business days. Sure. They were those who misinformed me and I should pay extra. Will never use them again!

Round trip booking? Make sure you check that the trip is going back to the airport you leave from, because my wife and I missed it, and now JustFly says we can't change the flight unless we cancel without a refund.
Long story short, we called Delta, and they were worse. They'd change the flight, except for 15X the cost! How disgusting! This was JustFly's fault. We put in round trip from Newark to Tampa, and they put in Tampa to JFK back... and we did not want that. SOOOOOOOO CRAPPY.
It should not matter what your booking through, what the reservation is, nor what you spent. If your company messed up the booking then you pay the price.
No stars for this crappy company. They state that they are providing you with all the information you need for your trip, but it's not true. They changed our itinerary so we'd have a lengthier stay in China, which meant we'd be over the 24 hour no visa time line, but never let us know we'd need a transit visa. We were not allowed to board our trip home. We had to pay a bunch extra for a new ticket, and Justfly will not refund the unused portion of our tickets even though they never provided us with everything we needed to know for our trip.
I have never had a problem with justfly so far. If u have just read the details specially terms and conditions of the website. Though u are providing the correct travel dates but as u have noticed, they are providing first the most cheapest pricc w/c is close to the dates u originally provided. Scroll down and u can see ur original travel dates has different price to the first date with a cheaper price on the website
Please stay away from this company! They stated that a ticket carries a 24/hour cancellation, and offer another cancellation they termed "extended cancellation" I saw that statement on their website, and booked my ticket thinking i have an actual 24/hours extended ticket which goes beyond their standard free cancellation of 24/hours. But when I called to cancel the ticket, they told me that I had 24/hours to cancel! They denied what they had advertised online, and that their website is quite confusing. When i went back to check, they had changed the statement in the advert! I asked to speak with their supervisor, and they kept me on the phone for a long time. This makes me to doubt this company seriously. They are not a good trustworthy company.

This company mos represents and unlesss you read all the fine print you might not have a seat on the plane or certainly NOT the seat you paid extra to book.
If you do book with them follow up with the airline and make sure you have a place on the plane. They charge several hundred dollars to precook seats then never pass the info to the airline so they don't have the seat registed in your name.
I now have to try to negotiate refund for prebook service that they say was NOT guaranteed.

July 24,2018, I purchased a plane ticket 555.29 on my credit card through Just fly.com. Flight date was to be July 25,2018. Due to an unfortunate reaction to medication that I was prescribed for anxiety and severe vertigo, I was unable to board the flight. I called just fly.com at about 5 a.m. to cancel the flight. The lady who answered spoke very broken English. She said all but 125.00 would be credited to the charge card and then said that she needed the credit card number and 3-digit security code in order to credit the account. After that was provided she said that I would receive a travel voucher within 24 hours via my email account of 555.29 less the 125.00 to be used by April 2019. On July 25,2018, Justfly.com charged an additional 15.95 that I did not give permission for. On July 26,2108, just fly.com charged an additional 125.00 on the credit card that I did not give permission for. With multiple failed attempts to contact Justfly.com, I was unable to talk to anybody to get this straightened out. They simply do not answer the phone. To date, no travel voucher has been emailed to me nor any reimbursement made to my credit card. They are fraudulent thieves.
Upon further investigation of Just fly.com, I find that HUNDREDS of people have been ripped off from Just fly.com, all who complained had similar events happen to them and some who paid for flights that they found upon arrival to the airport the flight was never booked or even available, with them never getting the money back from Justfly.com. Literally, thousands of dollars have stolen from people off their credit cards by Just fly.com. Thanks for making a family emergency (mother dearly dying) even more stressful. I had to rent a car and drive 4 days to get to my mother.
You do not answer calls. You lie to people. You rob from their credit cards. My bank will be investigating your fraudulent charges. I will be contacting Delta as well. I don't have money just laying around to be stolen. I am a hard working woman and earn my money honestly.

Totally unacceptable: Among the other search engines, JustFly seemed to have the lowest price online at that time, so I booked and paid. Within 3 minutes upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the dates were wrong, a day off for both the departure and the return. I immediately called the 800 number for them to correct the error, but they declined unless I paid $75 because I wanted to make a change! I insisted that I didn't want to make any changes on my reservations, their system needed to correct the dates. I was back and forth for 8 hours between JustFly's non-accommodating customer service and supervisors, my credit card, and the airlines! I read the 24 full refund or cancellation policy but JustFly just didn't do anything to correct the error, nor give me back a FULL refund! The website is very misleading too. If you just want to read on more information (such as insurance), it ends up "purchased" on your receipt -- again, if you don't notice it, it would show up on your credit card!
I ended up cancelling my flight myself directly with the airlines with NO penalty since it was within the 24 hour window - but the amount of the flight credit was only 64% of what I had paid because it's the amount they can see on their end! I called JustFly, they said it was the airlines' taxes and penalty! BOGUS!
This was the worst experience, I will NEVER recommend them to any of my colleagues, business partners nor family. I feel for other customers, especially the elderly who wouldn't even notice such errors, and their credit cards get charged without notice, or even miss their flights because of the errors.
Spent over 90 minutes booking flight. Found great price when attempted to book online after hitting the book key it stated, sorry, not able to process. Called directly, representative says that the airline updated and it is not available. After being absolutely frustrated as this was a good rate, retried booking flights for $80.00 more online. Get the same message, sorry not able to process. Book online all the time and checked my data. No error on my part. Call the online number, rep says she now has to charge me $10.00 more. Not on my watch! Had to book flight over the phone with higher level rep in order to honor the online price. Book tickets all the time, first time using Justfly. Found out after I booked and email was sent that they only allow 1 personal item on board too. So you might as well pay more for ticket given the baggage charge. Guess they received a lot of complaints like mine so after 9/5/18, they will let you have one carryon. Doesn't do my guest flyer any good. You also can't select your seats. Hmm. Maybe the online booking doesn't work so that you will have to call them and discover all this after the fact ie; 1 personal item and can't select your seats. Don't like the aggravation so, will not use them again.
