Booked flight to Paris in August for May the following year. Was suppose to leave from Newark international 4 months before changed to JFK. Two months before trip airline changed from Norwegian Airbus to smaller plane from Airfly some airline I never heard of. Month before flight constant emails asking me if I can change flight and date of trip as airline overbooked. Day of flight seats changed from assigned window seat to interior seats. Flight was to leave at 10pm did not leave until 2am. What a way to start a trip
Your business practices where in you advertise a Price replied then prevent the sale of the flight and require a call to finalize is unethical at best. It is an obvious bait and switch technique used by you to force a customer to purchase a more expensive ticket.

I booked 2 Business Class Tickets on Kayak that re-directed me to Justfly. I booked my tickets and found out after the fact that they charged me over $160 just to make the reservation with no confirmation. I had to call Swiss which was a whole other disaster to get my reservation. www.JustFly.com are scammers and I should have checked their reviews. 1 Star, that should tell you something. Shame on Kayak to even do business with them.

I had to purchase a last minute round trip from NY-AZ. I was able to get the best times and cheapest fare through justfly.com I will definitely use them again.
I booked a flight on the 30th of October 2018 from JFK to SF with Qatar airlines for $429. Bought Allianz trip protection policy for $25. Had to change my flight to 30th of August on the 29th of August. Called Qatar airlines, they said that I need to call the company I bought my ticket through. Called justfly, the person from customer service lied to me said that I definitely cannot use my policy and I have to pay $492 (all fees) in order to do this. Since it was emergency and I was pushed to the wall by this lie and not giving me option, I was pretty much forced to pay the fee, making my ticket more than $900. I tried resolving the issue by calling customer service and talking to a representative and all they could say is "sorry for the inconvenience" and "we understand your frustration". Last I spoke to a supervisor, she said "I understand the issue, I will give you a call in 5min". She never did. So nobody will take responsibility for the wrong information that was provided to me that costed me $492 on top of what I have already paid? Just sorry? They record and monitor their phone calls and still let this happen? As a customer, I feel my rights and wallet have been taken advantage of. Looking at the prices for the same destination. On the 30th of August it was $776 and 3 days later $550. So customer service works to cheat you in paying double... What a rip off...
Canceled a reservation for Hawaii and paid a $75.00 fee per ticket for cancellation fee. Was told I have refund amount in price paid for ticket. I tried to rebook a new reservation using the credit and was told I would have to pay an additional $270.00 on top of credit which was $872.00. If I booked the flight outright online with the carrier the ticket was only $361.00 round trip. Do they think I am stupid? Help on how to talk to someone that has any since in their reservation department would be appreciated.
I booked a round-trip ticket via JustFly and received a confirmation email for both flights. When I double checked with the airline (WOW-Air) it turned out that there was no existing reservation for the return flight. JustFly forced me to purchase a new ticket for the return flight which was at 223% of the original ticket price.

If i can give them minus stars i would unfortunately i cant my flight was departing LAX to athens greece on the 23of august, on the day defore my flight i was rush to hospital, the day i was to fly i was under emergency surgery, my wife try to call and they refuse to talk with her, two days after i made so many phone calls to them from my hospital bed they had me on hold for 47 minutes, they do not acknowledge the federal LAW thats states in the event of a medical emergency i have the right to reschedule my flight, thank God i had purchase insurance and God knows if i get anything back they offer me 818 out of 950, They are the BIGGEST RIP OFFS most of there agents are very hard to understand mow if finally out of the hospital and i guess i have to find different flight, they made very STRESSFUL situation worse than it had to b, i may add i ask to speak to any supervisor and i as refuse.
